Opakowanie jest nierozłącznie związane z zapakowanym produktem, ma znaczący wpływ na zachowanie jego właściwości, ale także może być źródłem niebezpieczeństwa dla zapakowanego produktu i jego użytkownika. W artykule zwrócono uwagę, że – obok oceny cech opakowań i materiałów opakowaniowych – należy brać pod uwagę stan opakowania, czyli odpowiednie zabezpieczenia, oraz informacje ostrzegawcze, uwzględniając kategorie użytkowników produktu. W produkcji opakowań z papieru i tektury konieczne jest stosowanie zasady Dobrej Praktyki Produkcyjnej. Aby ułatwić producentom materiałów kontaktujących się z żywnością zarządzanie produkcją, opracowano “Industry Guideline for the Compliance of Paper and Board Materials and Articles for Food Contact”.

Packaging is inherent in the packed product has a significant influence on the assurance of product characteristics, but also can be a source of danger to the packaged product and its user. In the safety assessment beyond the evaluation of packaging and packaging materials characteristics, the state of the package should be take into account, which is adequate protection and warning information, regarding the categories of product users. In the production of paper and cardboard it is necessary to use the principle of Good Manufacturing Practice to help manufacturers of materials in contact with food production management there were developed “Industry Guideline for the Compliance of Paper and Board Materials and Articles for Food Contact”.

BRC/IoP (British Retail Consortium / Institute of Packaging) is the only industry standard dedicated entrepreneurs operating in the packaging industry, primarily intended for contact with food. The requirements of the BRC /IoP guarantee the safety of packaging and fulfillment of all legal and hygienic requirements. The article presents the main features of the standard, the basic requirements contained in the document and the results of research on the implementation of quality management systems, including standard BRC/IoP and the actions that are required checklists. It is noticeable that there is little interest in certification BRC/IoP, due to low awareness of the standard, despite the fulfillment of some of the basic requirements of the surveyed companies.

In this work the changes in the fluidity of liposome membranes caused by alanine and butyrine derivatives (Ac-Ala-NMe2 and Ac-Abu-NMe2) were investigated. Liposomes were obtained in the process of egg yolk lecithin (EYL) sonication. The concentration of the admixture in the proportion to EYL varied from 0 to 25% mole. The electron spin resonance (ESR) spectroscopy was used with two different spins probes. Each spin probe penetrates different regions of liposome membrane. The TEMPO probe occurs both in the hydrophobic part of the membrane and in the water environment what allows to determine the spectroscopic parameter F of division of this probe into the membrane and its water surrounding. DOXYL is localized in the central part of the lipid bilayer and is used to obtain the spectroscopic parameter τ – rotation correlation time – whose value gives information about fluidity changes in the middle of the lipid bilayer. The study indicated that the tested as admixtures N-methylated model peptides significantly changed the fluidity of liposome membranes. The dynamic of this process depends both on amino acids derivative and on the membrane region. Both studied compounds increased the fluidity of the surface layer of liposome membrane. At the same time, butyrine derivative caused the stiffening of the middle part of liposome bilayer, but alanine derivative slightly increased the fluidity of this region.

The article is devoted to the issue of maintaining food packaging safety across its supply chain. It is essential to assure the safety of packaging, which is possible only by implementation and maintenance of specific safety assurance systems and standards used in the food industry. Food packaging enterprises are obliged to carry out activities and provide appropriate conditions to assure the safety of packaging materials and packaging intended to come into contact with foodstuffs. The article presents the results of research, conducted among packaging supply chain enterprises, on the level of compliance with the requirements.

Gdy pasażer nie posiada odpowiedniego dokumentu przewozowego, odmawia zapłaty należności oraz nie okazuje dokumentu tożsamości, kontroler jest uprawniony do jego ujęcia i niezwłocznego przekazania w ręce policji lub innych organów porządkowych, które mają prawo jego zatrzymania oraz podjęcia czynności zmierzających do ustalenia tożsamości. Taki stan prawny obowiązuje od 1 marca 2011 roku na skutek zmiany ustawy Prawo przewozowe i zgodnie z nim ujęcie pasażera przez kontrolera jako zgodne z prawem nie stanowi bezprawnego naruszenia dóbr osobistych podróżnego.

If the passenger who does not have a transport document refuses to pay the due and does not show an identity document, a ticket controller is authorized to capture the passenger and transfer him immediately into the hands of the police or other law enforcement authorities, which have the right to detain him and establish his identity. The above regulation entered into force on 1st March 2011, as a result of changes in the Transport Law. Consequently, in the current state of law, the capture of the passenger by the ticket controller does not infringe personal rights of passenger.
