Dokonano przeglądu osobistych oraz publicznych systemów orientacji i nawigacji terenowej, budowanych dla osób niewidomych w środowisku miejskim. Szczególną uwagę poświęcono systemom radiowym wspierającym nawigację w terenie otwartym oraz wewnątrz budynków. Przedstawiono prace prowadzone w tym zakresie w Instytucie Radioelektroniki PW.

This paper reviews personal and public orientation and navigation systems developed for the blind persons in urban environment. Special attention has been paid to the wireless systems supporting navigation at open space as well as indoors. The results of past and current research done in this field at Warsaw University of Technology, Institute of Radioelectronics are reported.

In the situation of permanent environment changes a company can survive for a long period of time and realize its elementary objectibes, if only it uses its existing human potential and skills efficiently and effectively. The changes occurring in the environment break the company's both internal and external balance. In order to achieve and maintain its competitive advantage the company must adjust to the environment requirements. It can be attained by means of restructuring processes. The restructuring processes can be carried out as a part of other activities, such as lean management, outsourcing, controlling, reengineering, spin off or benchmarking. All of them form a family of new management concepts.

Whereas there is a certain homogeneity of depictions at the criterion level, what dominates at the type level is absolute discretion and inconsistency.

Das Motivierten ist ein komplizierter Prozess, der unter vielen Aspekten zu be-trachten ist. Die Auswahl der wirksamen Komponenten des Motivierens soil auf eine entsprechende Verbindung der materiellen und nicht materiellen Reize griinden. Eine Neuheit im Gestalten der Vergutung (der materiellen Reize) in den hoch entwickelten Landem ist nicht nur die gerechte Bezahlung der Arbeit und deren angemessenes Niveau, sondern auch das Beobachten der Bedurfhisse und Interessen der Mitarbeiter und Hilfe seitens der Firma bei deren Verwirklichung.
