Artykuł stanowi informację o specjalistycznym stosowaniu nowych trendów i technik w dziedzinie technologii mapowych wykorzystywanych na potrzeby nautyki za pomocą sieci Web. Implementacje i powstałe produkty stanowią innowacyjny rodzaj aplikacji dla użytkowników "morskich" i internautów. Artykuł zawiera także wiadomości niezbędne do przygotowania, przetwarzania oraz prezentacji nautycznej - informacji przestrzennej zawartej w różnorakich źródłach internetowych, aby była ona zgodna co do skali z równorzędnymi systemami hydrograficznymi. Znajdują się tu również informacje, w jaki sposób wyświetlić mapę, jak ją obsłużyć oraz interpretować. Artykuł opisuje sposób komunikacji pomiędzy klientem a serwerem oraz typy danych przestrzennych wykorzystywanych przez aplikacje serwera do wyświetlenia oczekiwanej informacji.

The paper provides some information on specialized use of new trends and issues in today's Web Mapping Technologies trends made to satisfy the needs of navigation with the Internet. This article also deals with what is needed to prepare, make - fuse and display nautical - spatial information from multiple sources on the Internet to the same scale and the specialized hydrographical systems in the same coordinate and reference system. There is some information how to display a static map, how to use it and interpret it. Our article describes interaction between a client and a server and the types of nautical, special spatial data that can be used directly by the Open Source software, to create individual Web product.

The article is scientific and technological look at AIS implementation trends and development nautical (maritime staff) by telemetric with modern GIS/mapping application. This article also provide what is needed to prepare, made - fuse and display AIS information from radio sources on the nautical/GIS chart with systems in same coordinate and reference. There are some information how to decoding AIS data, how to create ship movement intensity diagrams and how interpret it.

In preliminary unit of report were introduced order, structure and format of VDM code sended by the AIS VHF data link. Described the process of decoding combination of binary chains sentences describe from ITU R M. 1371.In principle unit analyse of ships intensity of movement in Gulf of Gda?sk used coded isoline on background of map as well as transverse intersection on a approach to harbour of Gdynia. Authors presented new generated and used method of processing of regular GRID net - designed to description of spatial expansion of ship intensity of movement. Authors circumscribed method of utilizations the VerticalMapper software Systemu to calculation the izoline of even ships intensity of movement, intersections of transverse, as well as principles of visualizations coded isoline on background of the map, according the author's software.

Zgodnie z Konwencją o prawie morza z 1982 roku, każde państwo nadbrzeżne posiada prawo do własnych akwenów morskich. Położenie geograficzne i status prawny polskich obszarów morskich (POM) i administracji morskiej określa narodowa ustawa z dnia 21 marca 1991 r. (Dz. U. Nr 32/1991 z późniejszymi zmianami)1. W akwenach tych (POM) realizowane są wszystkie formy transportu morskiego, jak również codzienne działania jednostek wojennych oraz żegluga jednostek sportowych i rekreacyjnych oraz rybołówstwo.

In this paper the the development of nautical charts and navigational AIDS used during sea carriage state has been presented. The process of navigation, the safety of human live at sea, active sea carriage, give task and aim for to administration notation sea areas to assure the security required level of navigation and usage. Author pay special attention to present mapping, supporting sea practice in reservoir and administration duty of notation in aim of improvement safety managing at sea.
