Przedstawiono w zarysie prawodawstwo międzynarodowe ATP oraz krajowe dotyczące przewozu żywności. Opisano obowiązki kierowcy, których bezwzględne spełnienie pozwoli na transport towarów w stanie zdatności do spożycia. Skupiono się na czynnościach dotyczących przygotowania pojazdu do załadunku, kontroli temperatury całym procesie transportowym oraz wskazano na sytuacje kiedy temperatura może ulec zmianie. Zamieszczono zalecenia techniczne dotyczące stanu pojazdu oraz jego badań. Opisano warunki ubezpieczenia towaru oraz przypadki kiedy ubezpieczyciel nie wypłaci odszkodowania.

An international ATP legislation was outlined and domestic concerning the transport of the food. Duties were described for the driver, of which the ruthless fulfilment will permit the fitness for human consumption the transportation of goods in the state. They concentrated on the activities concerning the preparation of the vehicle for the loading, of control of the temperature transport whole process and they pointed out to situations when the temperature is subject to change. Technical recommendations concerning the state of the vehicle and his examinations were placed. Conditions of the insurance of goods and cases were described when the insurer doesn't pay the compensation.

W artykule opisano wybrane aspekty matematycznego modelowania zagadnień związanych z wyborem lokalizacji centrum dystrybucyjnego. Wskazano główne czynniki, które należy uwzględnić przy budowie modeli optymalizacyjnych. Modele te pozwalają porównywać przewidywaną opłacalność funkcjonowania planowanego centrum dystrybucyjnego.

This paper presents selected aspects of mathematical modelling of the location of distribution centre. The main factors that one should consider to create optimization models are indicated. These models permit to compare the foreseen profitability of the planned distribution centre functioning.

W artykule przedstawiono kluczowe czynniki zintegrowanego systemu transportowego z punktu widzenia korzyści pasażera. Określono najważniejsze przesłanki wyboru środka transportu miejskiego w porównaniu z transportem indywidualnym. Rozwiązania zintegrowanego systemu będą wdrażane w miastach Słowacji w oparciu o zdefiniowane w artykule problemy.

The article deals with the key success factors of integrated transport system from the passenger’s point of view, what is the most important for passenger’s decision to choose the public passenger transport, how the services of integrated transport system can be competitive with an individual automobile transport. The article will define the key factors of successful integrated transportsystem. The solutions will be implemented in the region of Slovakia and it will be pointed out which problems have been identified in the conditions of preparing integrated transport system in Slovakia. The conditions will be compared with the conditions in other countries in which unlike Slovakia the integrated transport systems are successfully operated. Also there will be suggested the mechanisms how the process of integration should be realized in the conditions of Slovakia.
