The paper include a couple of facts of Kostrzyn Paper Mill history, several definition concerned to papier-mache preparation and description of the existing standing of cellulose disc defibrizers electric drivers, assumptions for modernisation and finally expected project results and achievements. Main project part is replacement of obsolete electric motors by the modern, high efficient ones. It is estimated that about 4% of present electricity consumption could be saved due to project implementation.
