Transport is a key factor in the development of nowadays society, which in itself is not an end but a means of economic development and a prerequisite to achieving social and regional cohesion. Rapid development of road transport is increasing the risks arising from the specific area of activity. Comprehensive improve safety at the beginning of the 21st century one of the most important tasks of any advanced country, and hence every responsible company. Statutory risk management and safety and health at work allows an employer or independent undertakings create an optimal relationship between economy and safety while respecting the employer's responsibility for safety.

Transport jest kluczowym czynnikiem w rozwoju współczesnego społeczeństwa, co samo w sobie nie jest celem, ale środkiem do rozwoju gospodarczego oraz warunkiem wstępnym do osiągnięcia spójności społecznej i regionalnej. Szybki rozwój transportu drogowego zwiększa ryzyko wynikających z określonego obszaru działalności. Kompleksowa poprawa bezpieczeństwa na początku 21. wieku jednym z najważniejszych zadań każdej zaawansowanej kraju, a tym samym każdej firmy odpowiedzialnej.Ustawowe zarządzania ryzykiem oraz bezpieczeństwem i higieną pracy pozwala pracodawcy lub niezależnym przedsiębiorstwom stworzyć optymalny związek między gospodarki i bezpieczeństwa, przy jednoczesnym poszanowaniu odpowiedzialności pracodawcy za bezpieczeństwo.

Enterprises should adapt to the changing environment with modern technologies but more with quality human capital. Slovak transport sector is no exception. Human resources are a source of competitive advantage through the operation of their disposable exceptional skills, knowledge, experience and skills, including the application of effort, talent, enthusiasm, willingness and motivation. The system of vocational education is a repetitive set of activities that reflect the strategic objectives and corporate policy, education, and are based on the realities of business and market environment. Lifelong learning staff in transport is becoming increasingly important not only for business but for society as a whole. Transport business must develop new core competencies and have a skilled, educated and competent workforce in order to provide better service. Under these framework conditions, core competencies and skills of employees are considered important conditions for present and future competitiveness of transport at global market.
