Przeprowadzono badania porównawcze twardości Knoopa wybranych materiałów (Monocure Matte Grey (MMG), Phrozen Beige Flexible (PBF), Phrozen Creamy White (PCW) oraz Phrozen Matte Grey (PMG)) stosowanych w technologii druku 3D DLP (digital light processing). Do przygotowania próbek wykorzystano drukarkę Phrozen Shuffle Lite oraz urządzenie do obróbki wykańczającej anycubic wash and cure. Różnicowano technikę płukania modeli w celu usunięcia nieutwardzonych cząstek żywicy i czas dodatkowego naświetlania. Wykazano wpływ czasu dodatkowego naświetlania utwardzającego na właściwości wytrzymałościowe powierzchni próbek oraz przydatność metody Knoopa w ocenie właściwości użytkowych badanych materiałów.

Samples made of 4 types of com. polymer materials using DLP 3D printing technol. were post-processed in various conditions. A Phrozen Shuffle Lite printer and anycubic wash and cure finishing device were used to prepare the samples. Various rinsing methods were used to remove uncured resin particles, and the duration of addnl. UV exposure was also varied. The effect of the addnl. hardening time on the strength properties of the sample surfaces and the usefulness of the Knoop method in assessing the functional properties of the tested materials were demonstrated.

Is this article simulation of statistical measurements is performed on the basis of which the analysis of the standard deviation of the obtained results is carried out. It is shown that the standard deviation is minimum and independent from measurement duration while an object is in the state of equilibrium. For objects in a stationary non-equilibrium state the standard deviation depends on the duration measurements and the parameters of the state. The influence of these factors on the standard deviation is assessed with equation which includes the relaxation time. The value of the relaxation time is determined by approximating the energy spectrum of the studied signals. The analysis of energy spectra showed that the spectrum of white noise is inherent in objects in equilibrium; the flicker component of the spectrum occurs when the state of the object deviates from equilibrium.

The paper investigates the effect of background radiation on the accuracy of temperature measurement by infrared radiation and defines the requirements to neglect multiple reflections of radiation. The theoretical analysis is confirmed by the results of modeling the temperature measurement radiation errors.

W artykule przeprowadzono analizę wpływu promieniowania tła na dokładność pomiaru temperatury promieniowaniem podczerwonym. Zdefiniowano wymagania dotyczące możliwości pominięcia wielokrotnych odbić promieniowania. Analizę teoretyczną potwierdzono wynikami modelowania błędów radiacyjnych pomiaru temperatury.

The article discusses the issue of water quality improved by the metrological characteristics of the standard unit of ultrasound power in the aquatic environment by an automated control of the purification process. The received experimental results demonstrate that this new electric method of control is highly efficient.

W artykule omówiono problem jakości wody. Poprawę jakości uzyskano przez zastosowanie metody wykorzystującej ultradźwięki. Proces oczyszczania sterowano automatycznie. Na podstawie otrzymanych wyników eksperymentalnych wykazano wysoką skuteczność zastosowanego sterowania w tej metodzie.

In recent years, forecasting has received increasing attention since it provides an important basis for the effective operation of power systems. In this paper, a hybrid method, composed of kernel principal component analysis (KPCA), tree seed algorithm based on Lévy flight (LTSA) and extreme learning machine (ELM), is proposed for short-term load forecasting. Specifically, the randomly generated weights and biases of ELM have a significant impact on the stability of prediction results. Therefore, in order to solve this problem, LTSA is utilized to obtain the optimal parameters before the prediction process is executed by ELM, which is called LTSA-ELM. Meanwhile, the input data is extracted by KPCA considering the sparseness of the electric load data and used as the input of LTSA-ELM model. The proposed method is tested on the data from European network on intelligent technologies (EUNITE) and experimental results demonstrate the superiority of the proposed approaches compared to the other methods involved in the paper.

Content available remote Empirical assessment of the MAG welder's exposure to an electromagnetic field

The papers presents the results of the electromagnetic field measurements at the welder’s workplace. Welding was carried out by means of the MAG (Metal Active Gas) method (according to PN-EN ISO 4063: 2002 standard). Measurements have been made of the ESM 100 meter working within from 5 Hz to 400 kHz frequency band. Results obtained were compared with the requirements of the current 2013/35/EU Directive.

W pracy zaprezentowano wyniki pomiarów pola elektromagnetycznego na stanowisku pracy spawacza. Spawanie było wykonywane w metodzie MAG (Metal Active Gas), (zgodnie z normą PN-EN ISO 4063:2002). Pomiary prowadzono miernikiem ESM 100, pracującym w pasmie częstotliwości od 5 Hz do 400 kHz. Uzyskane wyniki porównano z obowiązującą dyrektywą 2013/35/UE.

General characteristics of electromagnetic pollution in towns is analyzed. Health statistics for people living under the influence of electromagnetic radiation is analysed. The electromagnetic pollution is measured for the case studies of energy transmission lines and radio transmission equipment in Ukraine. The induction of magnetic field near overhead power lines is found in the range of 5.5–10.5 μT while being 5 times less at the distance of 50 m. Also, strong dependence of electromagnetic field strength on the distance from radio transmitters is proved.

W artykule analizowana jest ogólna charakterystyka zanieczyszczenia elektromagnetycznego w miastach. Pokazano statystyki zdrowotne osób żyjących pod wpływem promieniowania elektromagnetycznego. Zanieczyszczenie elektromagnetyczne mierzone jest dla przykładów linii przesyłowych energii i urządzeń transmisji radiowej na Ukrainie. Indukcja pola magnetycznego w pobliżu napowietrznych linii energetycznych znajduje się w zakresie 5,5–10,5 μT i jest 5 razy mniejsza w odległości 50 m. W artykule pokazano również silną zależność natężenia pola elektromagnetycznego od odległości od nadajników radiowych.

Fault diagnosis is part of the maintenance system, which can reduce maintenance costs, increase productivity, and ensure the reliability of the machine system. In the fault diagnosis system, the analysis and extraction of fault signal characteristics are very important, which directly affects the accuracy of fault diagnosis. In the paper, a fast bearing fault diagnosis method based on the ensemble empirical mode decomposition (EEMD), the moth-flame optimization algorithm based on Lévy flight (LMFO) and the naive Bayes (NB) is proposed, which combines traditional pattern recognition methods meta-heuristic search can overcome the difficulty of selecting classifier parameters while solving small sample classification under reasonable time cost. The article uses a typical rolling bearing system to test the actual performance of the method. Meanwhile, in comparison with the known algorithms and methods was also displayed in detail. The results manifest the efficiency and accuracy of signal sparse representation and fault type classification has been enhanced.

In hydraulic pump system various states can occur caused by mechanical and physical phenomena. To detect them, the Short Time Fourier Transform (STFT) is applied. This paper will consider an application of STFT to monitor and evaluate hydraulic pump system operation in different states of operation. For measurements of pressure and flow changes in pump, hydraulic tester and Data AcQuisition (DAQ) card was used for evaluation of qualitative and quantitative changes in the system. Results of hydraulic pump’s operation will be shown on Fast Fourier Transform (FFT) charts and STFT spectrograms plots.

The paper presents the simplest methods for preventing the occurrence of low energy quality. The problem of the quality of electric current was also discussed, indicating its defects. A scheme for a power failure tree was developed using the FTA method. The obtained results were compared and discussed.

W pracy przedstawiono najprostsze metody zapobiegania występowaniu niskiej jakości energii. Omówiono również problem jakości prądu elektrycznego, wskazując na jego wady. Opracowano schemat drzewa awarii zasilania korzystając z metody FTA. Uzyskane wyniki zostały porównane i omówione.

The article shows the problem of automating the control of the composition of technical liquids during their work. The authors present the results of tests on the electrical properties of multicomponent fluids in the electromagnetic field of different frequency. The obtained results indicate the existence of a simple, quick assessment of the liquid composition without the need for chemical laboratory analysis, carried out using cheap and simple measuring transducers.

Artykuł pokazuje problem automatyzacji kontroli składu płynów technicznych podczas ich pracy. Autorzy przedstawiają wyniki badań właściwości elektrycznych płynów wieloskładnikowych w polu elektromagnetycznym o różnej częstotliwości. Uzyskane wyniki wskazują na istnienie prostej, szybkiej oceny składu cieczy bez potrzeby wykonywania chemicznej analizy laboratoryjnej, realizowanej z wykorzystaniem tanich i prostych przetworników pomiarowych.

According to the Central Statistical Office in Poland, for the last 10 years (2009 - 2018), the number of trucks has increased by as much as 25%. More than 6 million trucks drive in the European Union, and Poland, followed by Italy, boasts of the largest fleet (over one million trucks) . For some time, freight transportation companies have been signaling the problem of lack of staff. The Polish Road Transport Inspectorate and the National Labor Inspectorate supervise the transportation sector. All issues related to drivers’ working time are law-regulated. The main objective of introducing regulations on drivers’ working time is to improve road safety and drivers’ working conditions. The top-down imposition of break and rest periods prevents drivers’ fatigue and serves to regenerate forces. Fatigue reduces psychomotor skills, and the speed of reaction is particularly important in this profession. The practical goal of this article is to show how drivers perceive these problems, this scientific problem but in a different approach was also presented in the works. The analyzed results come from research conducted by the authors of the article. The research was conducted in the form of a multidirectional survey, 100 people (professional trucks drivers) answered each question. Each of them declared that they are a driver and work in Poland. The study was conducted in December 2018.

Apart from the object, a controller constitutes of the fundamental elements of control systems. However, such controllers, even in SISO (Single Input, Single Output) systems where a single output is controlled by a single input, may not be the most appropriate choice. Moreover, a PID controller may not be easily tuned to any setup. The paper outlines three elementary methods for tuning the controller. The results of the process conducted by means of Ziegler-Nichols, Cohen-Coon, and Lambda methods were compared in Matlab.
