The structure of gelatinized starch solutions obtained by joint action of mechanical deformations and heat at biopolymer in water-glycerol medium was under study. Our investigations showed sharp destruction of starch to be the result of its mechano-thermal gelatinization.

With the purpose of construction of methods of calculation of fibrous materials heat treatment processes intensified by the combined supply of energy, the model of heat exchange of the cylinder with boundary conditions of the third type and in view of influence of internal heat sources initiated by radiation and shock loading of material is developed on the basis of the analytical solution of heat conductivity problem.

W pracy przedstawiono metodykę tworzenia stochastycznych modeli Markowa mechaniczno-strukturalnych przekształceń w twardych nieorganicznych materiałach na przykładzie spineli ferrytowych. Pokazano, że dyskretne modele prawdopodobieństwa mechaniczno-strukturalnych przekształceń w spinelach ferrytowych mogą być dokładnie wyprowadzone z równania Kołmogopowa-Czepmena-Smoluchowskiego. Modele mają bardziej ogólną postac w stosunku do prezentowanych w literaturze modeli mechaniczno-strukturalnych przekształceń. Zaproponowana w pracy klasyfikacja modeli stochastycznych mechaniczno-strukturalnych przekształceń oparta jest na typologii procesów Markowa.

In the report the methodology of building stochastic Markov's models of mechanical and structural transformations within nonorganic solids is given by the examples of ferrites-mineral stones. It's shown that discreet probabilities of the model can be carefully defined from fundamental equation of Kolmogorov-Chapman-Smoluchowsky. The given models have more general image then the models of mechanical and structural transformations which are well known in specific literature. The classification of stochastic models of mechanical and structural transformations is made on the basis of typology of Markov's processes.

Sformułowano i rozwiązano analitycznie problem Stefana podczas ogrzewania ruchomej warstwy przejściowej na przykładzie procesu suszenia. Zaproponowano metodę weryfikacji dokładności modelu. Rozwiązanie problemu może byc stosowane do matematycznego modelu procesu usuwania rozpuszczalnika w przepływającym strumieniu pary.

The Stefan problem of heating such as driven border of phase transformation (on a example of drying) has been formulated and analytically solved. The check of adequacy of offered model is carried out. The received decision is a basis for the mathematical description of process of organic solvent removal from a plate of a synthetic leather in a current water pair.
