W omawianym procesie restrukturyzacji majątku najważniejszym czynni-kiem jest zmniejszenie obciążeń finansowych powodowanych jego utrzymaniem. Istnieje reguła w tym zakresie, że im mniej majątku tym mniejsze obciążenia dla przedsiębiorstwa. Istotne w tym procesie jest również uproszczenie struktur ko-palni ułatwiające zarządzanie. Te reguły przyświecają dziś restrukturyzacji ma-jątku kopalni 'Dębieńsko'. Niewątpliwie najistotniejszym w omawianych zagadnieniach procesu re-strukturyzacji jest aspekt społeczny. Cały proces restrukturyzacji jest procesem trudnym, bo dotyka ludzi. Przy bardziej skutecznym zarządzaniu podmiotami gospodarczymi, tworzy się szansę na uratowanie miejsc pracy, a w dalszej kolej-ności - na tworzenie nowych.

Reduction of financial burden costs by maintenance of the assets is the most clement in the discussed process of the assets' restructuring. There is a principle in this respect that the less the assets the lower the burden for the com-pany. Simplification of the mine's structure is important in the process and faci-litates management. These principles enlighten today the restructuring of the as-sets of,,Dcbicnsko' mine. Social aspect is undoubtedly the most important among discussed problems of the restructuring process. The whole restructuring process is a difficult one since it touches people. With more efficient management of economic units a chance ap-pears for saving of work places and farther on of creation of new work places
