This work presents a construction and work of a special device of automatic bellows that assure visual control. This visual control checks a quality work of bellows with diameter 10 mm and wall thickness of 0,1 mm. This visual control detects errors, circle errors; edge damages (feather edge and throw off an edge), and eliminates them from conforming products. The device offers a control cycle of 1,2 sec, a capacity of 3000 per hour, an automatic separation of nonconforming and conforming products.

Wykonane urządzenie umożliwia autonomiczną pracę w systemie zautomatyzowanego wytwarzania półek meblowych, wymagając jedynie zapewnienia dostarczania półek przez transporter wejściowy (w sposób zautomatyzowany) oraz okresowego dosypywania (po 500 sztuk ) listew do obu podajników. Układy kontrolno-pomiarowe urządzenia umożliwiają automatyczne wykluczanie wadliwości w procesach wytwarzania półek z wciśniętymi listwami. Rozwiązania układów napędowo-wykonawczych i sterujących zapewniły uzyskanie wydajności 780 sztuk na godzinę

In the article the building and the working of automatic device to assembly furniture shelves consist of the wooden shelf and pressed from both sides of assembly slats with packed up pins are introduced. The device is the modified version of the machine described in TiAM nr 3/2010 in which all hand work were eliminated except periodical pouring of slats to containers. The wooden shelves could be delivered automatically or by hand separately and in packets of 3 pieces. At the end after assembly with slats the shelves are packet in 3 pieces too for automatic or handy reception.
