The purpose of the scientific research on the basis of characteristics of hydro-geological situation at the atomic power station is to investigate the influence of hydro-geological conditions on terrestrial surface and structures deformation. Reviewing this problem high-precision geodetic measurements in connection with data of hydro-geological condition were used. Using materials of stationary observations the division of given territory by quantitative values of structures settiing and horizontal and vertical movement of terrestrial surface is made. Attention is paid to long-term geodetic measurements and hydro-geological research of dynamics of underground waters on the given territory was done. The largest settling of structures is observable in a region where the level of ground waters is the highest. With the purpose of further study of the influence of the change of ground waters level on the value of deformation the research of the settling of one object of the atomic power station was conducted. For the analysis of the given phenomenon the coefficient of correlation was calculated that confirms the influence of the change of ground waters level on the value of the structures settl-ing on the given territory. The hydro-geological conditions of the given object prevail among the factors which influence structures and terrestrial surface deformation.
