W artykule opisuję sześć perspektyw coachingu globalnego. Jego projektodawcą jest Philippe Rosinski, naczelny autorytet w dziedzinie executive i leadership coachingu. Dowodzę, iż każda z wyróżnionych perspektyw (fizyczna, menedżerska, psychologiczna, polityczna, kulturowa i duchowa) dotyka innego, aczkolwiek ważnego aspektu ludzkiego życia. Ponadto wszystkie z wymienionych perspektyw składają się na model holograficzny i realizują w paradygmacie złożoności rzeczywistości VUCA.

The article presents six perspectives of global coaching. Its designer is Philippe Rosinski, the leading authority in the field of executive and leadership coaching. I prove that each of the distinguished perspectives (physical, managerial, psychological, political, cultural and spiritual) affects another, albeit important aspect of human life. In addition, all of these perspectives make up the holographic model and realize in the VUCA complexity paradigm.

Przewodnim celem artykułu jest próba ukazania sposobów kształtowania się ludzkiej tożsamości w świecie toczących się procesów globalizacyjnych. Podejmując refleksję nad niniejszymi zagadnieniami, szczególną uwagę zwracam na wpływ niestabilnego otoczenia określanego akronimem VUCA oraz sytuację wydarzania się zdarzeń lub zjawisk mało prawdopodobnych ujmowanych symbolem Czarnego Łabędzia Nassima Nicolas Taleba. Czyniąc punktem wyjścia rozważań aksjologię jako etykę samookreślania się podmiotu wobec siebie i otoczenia, przyglądam się jakości ludzkiego życia. W artykule, w sposób systematyczny, poruszam zagadnienia: rozumienia tożsamości, znaczenia globalizacji (w jej indywidualnym i wspólnotowym wymiarze) oraz glokalizacji z uwzględnieniem znamiennych cech człowieka kultury euroamerykańskiej, by w rezultacie prowadzonych analiz przedstawić charakterystykę VUCA i Czarnych Łabędzi.

The main purpose of the article is to is exhibition of manners formation the human identity in the world rolled globalization processes. Undertaking reflection over present problems, a special attention I return on the influence of the uncertain environment qualified with the VUCA acronym and situation of occurring itself events or occurrences of the highly improbable seized with symbol of Black Swans Nassim Nicolas Taleb. Making the starting point of my considerations is axiology as ethics of self-qualifying subject towards myself and environments, I look the quality of human life. In the article, in a systematic way, I address following issues: understanding of identity, role of globalization (in individual and community dimension) and glocalisation, taking into account significant features of the Euro-American culture man, in order to present characteristic of VUCA and Black Swans.

One of the most important aspects related to the proper functioning of prosperous enterprises in the wood industry is to ensure safe and hygienic working conditions. The fulfillment of this condition is obligatory for all workplaces regardless of the field of activity. Due to the specificity of the industry based on wood processing, this industry is inseparably connected with the problem of pollination at workplaces. The chips that are formed during processing make it difficult to work, remain in and around workplaces, creating additional risks and impairing the quality of the manufactured products. It is therefore necessary to apply solutions to eliminate the dust hazard. One of such solutions, belonging to collective protection measures against pollination, are dedusting installations. One of the tools to improve working conditions is mandatory risk assessment. Thanks to its reliable implementation, it is possible to identify hazards occurring at workplaces and take measures to improve working conditions. Proper management of occupational risk is one of the key elements to ensure protection against risks at an appropriate level. The article analyzes the impact of the dedusting installation on the reduction of selected health hazards for employees in the selected carpentry shop.

W artykule przedstawiono opis działań zmierzających do połączenia w PGG sp. z o.o. Oddział KWK ROW ruchów „Rydułtowy” i „Marcel” w celu przekierowania całości wydobycia Ruchu „Rydułtowy” na Ruch „Marcel”. Scharakteryzowano aktualne modele funkcjonowania, infrastrukturę techniczną wraz z planowaną restrukturyzacją obu ruchów. Przedstawiono argumenty przemawiające za przekierowaniem wydobycia z Ruchu „Rydułtowy” na Ruch „Marcel”. Zwrócono uwagę na aspekty związane z eksploatacją złoża w rejonie przygranicznym, przewietrzaniem, transportem urobku oraz uproszczeniem infrastruktury. Przedstawiono model docelowy obu ruchów z uwzględnieniem zdolności produkcyjnych po połączeniu. Opisano zakres modernizacji szybu III wydobywczego oraz zakres prac na Zakładzie Przeróbki Mechanicznej Ruchu „Marcel” w celu zwiększenia ich zdolności produkcyjnej. Scharakteryzowano zakres robót związanych z wykonaniem wyrobisk połączeniowych - wentylacyjnych i transportowych. Przedstawiono planowany układ odstawy urobku na Ruch „Marcel” po reorganizacji. Opisano szacowane efekty połączenia ruchów „Rydułtowy” i „Marcel”.

The article presents a description of activities aimed at merging of „Rydułtowy” and „Marcel” mining areas belonging to KWK ROW in PGG Ltd Co. group in order to redirect the entire extraction of the „Rydułtowy” mining area to the „Marcel” mining area. Current models of functioning, technical infrastructure along with the planned restructuring of both mining areas were characterized. Arguments for the redirection of extraction from the „Rydułtowy” mining area to the „Marcel” mining area were presented. Attention has been paid to aspects related to the exploitation of the deposit in the near-border region, ventilation, transport of the gotten and simplification of infrastructure. The target model of both mining areas was presented, taking into account the production capacity after the merger. The scope of modernization of the extraction shaft III was described and the scope of works at the „Marcel” Coal Preparation Plant were described in order to increase their throughput. The scope of works related to the execution of connection workings - ventilation and transport ones - was characterized. The planned layout of the run-of-mine transport in the „Marcel" after reorganization mining area has been presented. The estimated effects of the intergration of „Rydułtowy” and „Marcel” mining areas have been described.

Artykuł prezentuje nowoczesne podejście do zagadnień identyfikacji i lokalizacji środków transportu w podziemnych wyrobiskach górniczych jako narzędzia wspomagającego prowadzenie efektywnego zarządzania posiadanymi zasobami transportowymi, pozwalając także na optymalizację prowadzonej gospodarki materiałowej. Przedstawiono platformę sprzętową i oprogramowanie systemu ATUT-RFID, opracowane w celu wparcia logistyki transportu podziemnego. Nakreślono perspektywy dalszego rozwoju systemu, a w podsumowaniu wskazano korzyści płynące z zastosowania systemu ATUT-RFID.

Article presents a modern approach to the identification, localization and supervision of transport in underground mining, as a tool to support effective management of its transport resources, allowing economic optimization of material management. It also presents the hardware and software platform of ATUT-RFID system, developed in order to support the underground logistics. In the end it outlines the prospects for further development of the system and also indicates the benefis chich can be taken from usage of ATUT-RFID system.

Współcześnie do głównych zagrożeń militarnych, które wynikały z politycznych czy religijnych zagrożeń doszły nowe wynikające z postępu technicznego oraz z globalizacji świata. Zaliczyć do nich należy postęp w obrębie technologii informacyjnej i zagrożenia Internetem. Wymienione zagrożenia należą do nowych, które pojawiły się pod koniec ubiegłego stulecia, a po przez rozwój nowych technologii nabierają na sile i budzą obawy ekspertów.

The growing popularity of computers can result in a number of new problems that were unknown in the past. Recently, apart from military, religious and political threats, one can also distinguish a cyber threat. This term denotes all the hazards resulting from technological development, especially the Internet. This type of threat emerged at the end of last century and it is becoming more and more serious.
