W artykule przedstawiono podstawowe założenia planu bezpieczeństwa wody (WSP) oparte na publikacjach oraz badaniach krajowych i zagranicznych. Korzystając z publikacji i materiałów udostępnionych przez Miejskie Przedsiębiorstwo Wodociągów i Kanalizacji w Rzeszowie, zaprezentowano założenia WSP w odniesieniu do warunków panujących w kraju (a ściśle dla aglomeracji rzeszowskiej). W kolejnej części artykułu omówiono metodologię WSP, na którą składają się działania mające na celu zmniejszenie ryzyka wystąpienia zagrożeń dostarczenia zanieczyszczonej wody wodociągowej lub całkowitej przerwy w jej dostawie. W dalszych rozważaniach podano najistotniejsze kroki, jakie należy uwzględnić, tworząc WSP, czyli 8 głównych etapów opracowania skutecznego WSP dla SZZW. W ostatniej części rozważań przedstawiono zasadę funkcjonowania modułowego systemu komputerowego, który służy do zarządzania siecią wodociągową dla aglomeracji rzeszowskiej.

The article presents the basic principles of water safety plan based on national and foreign research publications. On the basis of the available information and material provided by the water supply company in Rzeszow, conditions prevailing in the country (and strictly for the agglomeration of Rzeszow) the establishments regarding WSP were presented. In the next part of article WSP methodology was concluded, outlining the actions which use significantly reduces the risk of threats that could lead to supply of contaminated tap water or total interruption of its supply. In further considerations the most important steps in creating WSP were presented. In the final section the principle of modular computer system operation that is used for network management for urban water supply in Rzeszow was presented.

W pracy przedstawiono metodę szacowania ryzyka związanego z niedoborem dostawy wody z układów zasilania do sieci wodociągowej. Jako miarę ryzyka zaproponowano wskaźnik ryzyka względnego, określony jako stosunek ryzyka (wartości oczekiwanej niedoboru wody) do zapotrzebowania na wodę. Metodę zilustrowano przykładem obliczeniowym.

The paper presents a method for estimating the risk of deficient supply of water from the supply layouts to the water network. As a measure of risk relative risk index, defined as the risk of a water shortage (an expected value of water shortage) to the demand for water, was proposed. The method is illustrated by a computational example.

Many constructional arrangements exist, to assure equilibrium and the endurance of the buildings and safety while they are in the use. Steel construction as bearing arrangements appear together with the growth of the height of the buildings. In the bearing mixed case system of buildings reaching 40 floors often is happened. Get buildings about the considerable height, one should use the steel construction to the arrangement. Obtainment of the liberty of division of the usable surface of the building, one gets to thanks to the steel skeletal construction. The small own weight of the construction also speaks on the thing of the steel skeleton. The project of the many-level office building was introduced. The basic function was replenished by the service and hotel functions. The object will be constructing in Rzeszów. As the arrangement of the construction of the building, core system co-operating with the system of flat frames having for the task of the transfer was applied both horizontal and perpendicular strengths. Central core and four spreading wings make the layout of the building. The layout of the building is unique in the comparison with already existing buildings. The object possesses interesting functional solutions. It is the example of the use of modern constructional possibilities to formation of the form of the height office building.

Depending on the country, geographic situation, weather conditions, measuring, there are different definitions of zero-emission or zero-energy buildings. First there must be decided if the building is on the grid or not. Afterwards, guided by the calculation, the on-the-grid buildings can be divided in four groups: net zero site energy use, net zero source energy use, net-zero energy cost, net zero energy emissions. With every definition, you have some specific systems, also depending on different boundary conditions. Every building needs to have his own monitoring system so they can see if they are a zero-energy building or not. Belgium and Poland are the two countries which we compared. They are not so similar on the used systems for renewable energy. Mostly, it depends on what the government advice, what they're giving their support to. Still, in the end, the user makes the choice.

A net zero building energy or zero energy building (ZEB) is an overall term applied to a residential or commercial building with zero net energy consumption and/or zero carbon emissions annually. It has greatly reduced energy needs so that the remaining energy need can be supplied with renewable technologies on- or off-site, depending on thy definition. In this paper is a short sketch of the energy-use of buildings present followed by why zero energy building is a solution to the energy problem with advantages and potential disadvantages. It's divided in two bigger parts: reducing the energy needed, and generating energy from renewable resources. The later gives a short list of possible techniques to generate energy. In chapter four are some guidelines to select materials to construct the building. The focus there is on sustainable materials.
