Current status of the operating fund of producing wells in the Russian Federation is complicated duе to different geological factors, such as high gas content and/or solids particulate matter in production wells, high temperature and water cut of well production, overall control and the curvature of the structural elements of the well, etc. Complicating factors in the operation of marginal wells (with flow rates up to 20 m3 per day) have the greatest negative impact on the performance parameters of conventional methods of operation. It is known that for many years, the domestic oil industry capital fund wells operated by units of electric pumps (ESP) and sucker rod installations of submersible pumps (USHSN), but at the present time, the exploitation of marginal wells, and in conditions harmful effects of confounding factors that led to the fact that the time between failures of submersible pumping equipment, in some cases not as much as two months, as a rule, this category of wells is often referred to as the repaired wells. Stripper wells equipped with ESP USHSN or on which the operation is not affected by complicating factors are the other negative aspect — the low power characteristics. For example, according to the largest manufacturers of ESP, the coefficient of performance (efficiency) for low-productivity plants pump (ESP-15 and ESP-20) for pumping of liquids, does not exceed the range of values of 24-30%, in addition, According to experimental studies conducted in the State Oil and Gas named after IM Gubkin, it is known that an increase in the input gas content in the pump cavitation processes occur that affect the decline in the net power of the pumping unit and, as a rule, to an even greater reduction in efficiency pumping in comparison with the values obtained while working at the pumping fluid. So, now is the current direction of research on the development and application of rational methods of exploration and exploitation, alternative to traditional methods of operation and, at the same time capable of operating wells with high turnaround time well and be classified as energy-efficient equipment. According to the statistical analysis of the idle and marginal wells, the potential volume of use of alternative production methods can be 16% of extraction wells (about 25 000 wells). In our opinion, the conditions for the development and operation of marginal wells, with the complicating factors include the complex hydro pump unit. Integrated hydro pump installation for the development and operation of marginal wells consists of two main elements: a submersible pump equipment with elements of wellhead piping and mobile ground-unit training and the use of fluids and mixtures, with elements of automation, allowing for "online" monitoring process throughout the cycle of development and/or exploitation.
