Celem artykułu jest zaprezentowanie wyników badania pilotażowego służącego ocenie satysfakcji gości odwiedzających stoisko wystawiennicze jednego z największych producentów nawozów rolniczych w Polsce. Jako metodę badawczą wykorzystano Exhibitionqual, opartą na metodzie Servqual, opracowanej przez A. Parasuramana, V.A. Zeithaml and L. Berrego oraz oceniono wielkość luki piątej z modelu luk. W wyniku badań autorzy wskazali słabe punkty stoiska wystawienniczego, jakimi były: wybór miejsca na stoisko, sposób prezentacji produktu, estetyka i czytelność materiałów reklamowych, ogólny wygląd stoiska, wiedza osób obsługujących stoisko na temat aktualnych trendów w przemyśle nawozów, a także możliwość kontaktu z kierownictwem przedsiębiorstwa.

The purpose of the article is to present the results of the pilot study to assess the satisfaction of the customers visiting the exhibition stand of the one of the biggest agricultural fertiiizers producer In Poland. During the study as the research method the EXHIBITIONqual was used, based on Servqual method, proposed by A. Parasuraman, V.A. Zeithaml and L. Berry and the fifth gap from the gap model was examined. As the result of the study, the authors pointed out the week points of the exhibition stand Services, like: the place of the stand during the exhibition, the way of the product presentation, esthetics and clearness of the promotion leaflets given during the exhibition to the visitors, the general view of the stand, exhibition staff knowledge on current industry trends, as well as the possibility to talk with the company top management.
