W artykule zaprezentowano zagadnienia wytrzymałości specjalnie ukształtowanych połączeń nitowych oraz klejowych blach stalowych wraz z uchwytami stalowymi oraz polimerowymi. Każdy rodzaj połączenia (nitowe i klejowe) wykonano w czterech wariantach. W przypadku połączeń nitowych, powierzchnia blach stalowych, przed przystąpieniem do ich wykonania, została poddana procesowi malowania oraz zastosowano dwa rodzaje nitów: stalowe i aluminiowe. Badaniom poddano również połączenia klejowe, w których analizowano dwa rodzaje blach: blachy z powłoką malarską (epoksydową) oraz bez, wykonane za pomocą kleju epoksydowego Epidian 57/PAC/1:1. Badania eksperymentalne polegały na analizie porównawczej wytrzymałości różnych wariantów połączeń nitowych oraz klejowych blach stalowych i uchwytów. W aspekcie wytrzymałościowym zauważono, że w obu przypadkach uchwytów w formie haczyków oraz obu rodzajów blach (malowanej i niemalowanej) korzystne jest zastosowanie połączenia nitowego. Połączenia klejowe wykonane za pomocą kleju epoksydowego Epidian 57/PAC/1:1 posiadają wiele zalet, ale ich wytrzymałość jest mniejsza niż połączeń nitowych.

The paper presents issues of riveted joints, and adhesive joints strength of specially shaped steel sheets with steel fixtures and polymer fixtures. Each type of joints (riveted and adhesive) was carried out in four variants. In the case of riveted joints, a steel sheet surface, prior to their joining, has undergone a process of painting and combined with the use of two types of rivets: steel and aluminium. The adhesive joints of two types of sheet: the sheet with colour coating (epoxy), and without colour made of epoxy epidian 57/PAC/1:1 adhesive were tested. Experimental studies relied on a comparative analysis of different variants of the strength of riveted joints, and adhesive joints of steel sheets and fixtures. In terms of strength, it is noted that in both cases the fixtures and two types of steel sheets (painted and unpainted), preferred is the use of a riveted joint. Adhesive joints made of epoxy adhesive epidian 57/PAC/1:1 have many advantages, but their strength is lower than the riveted joints.

Artykuł poświęcony warunkom przechowywania owoców i skutków ich nieprzestrzegania w komorach chłodniczych. Przedstawione zostały w nim procesy fizjologiczne zachodzące w owocach i warzywach: proces oddychania, proces dojrzewania i rola etylenu w jego przebiegu oraz proces transpiracji. Omówione zostały wymagane warunki przechowywania, aby produkt dostępny był kilka miesięcy po zbiorze i nie odbiegał jakością od świeżo zerwanych owoców. Warunki te tworzą: temperatura i wilgotność powietrza, jego skład gazowy i cyrkulacja w objętości komory. Zwrócono uwagę na popularne choroby jabłek wywołane złymi warunkami ich przechowywania.

The paper deals with the conditions of fruits storage in cold stores. The processes in stored fruits like respiration, ripen and transpiration are described. Storage conditions required for a few months period of storage are discussed. Analysed parameters are air temperature and humanity, air composition and circulation inside the cold stare. The most common apple diseases caused by improper storage conditions are mentioned.

The article presents the role of quality management in project management. The relationship "time-cost-quality" was presented and the impact of quality on the remaining areas of project management such as risk management, integration, communication, human resources, procurement and scope. The principles of TQM, which managers should be supported by organizing the work on the project were described. Attention was also drawn to creating the new ISO 21500 standard for project management.

In article entitled Essence of audit in process of accustoming Quality Management Systems ISO 9001:2008 there is presented the definition of audit in awareness of ISO norms and comparison of its explanations in literature. The essence of purposes appointed in process auditing and reliability of gotten information are also noted. Audits distribution was presented depending on criterion of place, people and the range of evaluated action. The next part of article is connected with auditing process. The scheme of general operations and explanation of difference between program and plan of audit has been presented. There were also described problem of essential and helpful documents and the role of final report. In last part of the article there are presented problems of audit in practice on example of the most frequent incompatibilities and possibilities of solving these kinds of problems.
