W pracy poruszone zostały aspekty logistyczne i prawnej związane z wykorzystaniem bezzałogowych statków powietrznych w transporcie. Wskazane zostały nowe możliwości wykorzystania tych statków, jak również problemy jakie mogą pojawić się w przypadku, gdyby wprowadzić te rozwiązania transportowe do powszechnej praktyki. Części pracy poświęcono regulacjom prawnym funkcjonującym na poziomie międzynarodowymi, na poziomie specyficznego systemu Unii Europejskiej oraz na poziomie krajowym. W części poświęconej regulacjom prawnym wskazano na kierunki zmian jakie proponowane są na poszczególnych poziomach regulacji. Uzyskane wnioski pozwalają wierzyć, ze ta dziedzina podlegać będzie dynamicznemu rozwojowi pod warunkiem uwzględnienia postulatów legislacyjnych technologów oraz podmiotów zajmujących się transportem.

In this paper there have been raised logistical and legal aspects associated with the use of unmanned aircraft in transport. The work indicates new ways to use aircrafts, as well as problems that may arise in the case of implementation of these transport solutions for general practice. Part of the work was devoted to the legal regulations operative on: the international level, the specific system of the European Union level and national level. In the part devoted to legal regulations the directions of the changes that are being proposed for different levels of regulation was pointed out. These findings lead us to believe that this area will be subject of dynamic development, but under condition that process engineers’ legislative initiatives as well as the demands transport’s company owners will be taken into account.

The article is an attempt to present the legal and logistical factors that influenced the need to build and implement legislative solutions in the field of safety of transport operations on the waters surrounding the European continent, especially in the transport of crude oil, petroleum products and hazardous materials. Maritime disasters, such as those involving the Erika and Prestige, also influenced the decision to establish a European Maritime Safety Agency. It holds range of tools and instruments, legal and organizational measures to initiate legislation and the creation of a database of good practices in the field of maritime safety.

Sektor owoców miękkich cechuje się miedzy innymi dużym rozproszeniem producentów a wybór miejsc upraw, ze względu na specyfikę uprawianych gatunków roślin, nie może być przypadkowy. Czynniki powyższe determinują charakter i specyfikę powiązań logistycznych pomiędzy ogniwami łańcucha dostaw w branży a także wpływają na rodzaj stosowanych technologii w zakresie transportu, magazynowania oraz sterowania zapasami. Zarządzanie logistyczne w tym obszarze ma na celu podniesienie konkurencyjności agrołańcuchów oraz zapewnienie bezpieczeństwa surowców i produktów żywnościowych.

Soft fruit sector is characterized by large dispersion of manufacturers, and selection of crops, due to the specificity of cultivated plant species, cannot be accidental. These factors determine the nature and specificity of logistic linkages between supply chain links in this industry and also influence the type of technology used in transport, storage and inventory control. The aim of logistics management in this area is to increase competitiveness of agrichain and ensure the safety of raw materials and food products.

Artykuł jest próbą dokonania rekonstrukcji norm międzynarodowych w zakresie szkód na środowisku. Kazus tankowca Exxon Valdez pokazuje jak wielkie mogą być te straty oraz jak szerokie i długookresowe konsekwencje może spowodować niedopełnienie obowiązków tak pracowniczych jak i systemów zabezpieczeń w ramach korporacji. Zwrócono również uwagę na brak ogólnoświatowych regulacji prawnych stanowi tutaj istotną barierę dla faktycznych działań mających na celu zachowanie właściwego stanu środowiska naturalnego.

Presented essay is an attempt of international standards reconstruction for environmental damage. The case of Exxon Valdez company shows how huge may be the loss and how wide and long-term consequences can result in failure to fulfill duties as employees and security systems within the corporation. Authors highlighted the lack of global regulation also and underline that it’s an important barrier for maintain the proper environment actions.

The relaxation spectrum of polysiloxane composition - description of an algorithm and sample results

The description of an algorithm for predicting the relaxation spectra of polysiloxane compositions is presented in this work. In order to generate optimal values 'lambda'i and Gi to obtain expresion(1), a genetic algorithm and the SVD method were applied.The spectra predicted by these calculations are compared both with the outputs of a professional program, IRIS, and with the experimental results for Polastosil ABM-45.
