This article presents a proposal for the use of robots cooperating with people with disabilities in a common workstation. The main idea presented in the article is to develop a robotic workstation system, where the role of a disabled worker is to perform as many activities as possible corresponding to the main subsystems of the production system The use of Yumi robots comes down to the implementation of corrective functions and ensuring the achievement of the assumed quality in positioning and manipulation during the production process. It is assumed that the main task of the Yumi type robots would be to correct the dysfunctions assigned to a specific disabled employee and to be able to compensate for the identified dysfunctions in the production process using an appropriately programmed Yumi type robot. For an IT system and a Yumi robot control system, an employee with a dysfunction would be a set of additional potentially occurring disturbances, however, with a properly organized process taking into account these disturbances and an adapted program compensating for dysfunctions, it would be possible to bring the process to such a form that the final process would take place while maintaining the highest planned quality.
