W artykule przedstawiono aktualny stan środowiska przyrodniczego w gminie Chęciny ze szczególnym zwróceniem uwagi na gospodarkę odpadami. Przedstawiono udane przedsięwzięcia w tym zakresie. Wskazano potrzeby i braki. Zwrócono uwagę na rolę szkoły jako miejsca gdzie można kształtować postawy i zmieniać nawyki. Omówiono formy realizacji zadań wynikających z programu ochrony środowiska i planu gospodarki odpadami.

The current state was restated in the article environments nature in the commune Chęciny with special with returning the remark for the waste disposal. Simulated enterprises were restated in this range. Needs and defects were pointed. They took note of the part of the school as places where it is possible to shape attitudes and to change habits. Forms of the realization of resulting tasks were discussed from the application of the environmental protection and the plan of the waste disposal. Forms of the realization of environment education were restated in behalf of the local government and the town Chęciny and of extra governmental organizations. Action referring to the waste disposal but also environment education was proposed. They took note of the need to reinvest to social consciousness especially at the rising generation in the article, for shaping environmentally friendly sensitivity and for introducing "interest in the life under the clear environment".
