Rassmotren vopros o vnedrenii vysokotechnologicnoj avtomatiki v upravlenie TAEP, vydelauscej takie pribory v otdel’nyj tip TAEP. Predstavleny nekotorye metodiki po podboru TAEP. Sdelany vyvody o neobchodimosti vnedrenia v zakonodatel’stvo metodik, stimuliruuscich vnedrenie TAEP novogo pokolenia.

In this article the comparison of different types of storage heaters is made on the basis of their design characteristics, their heat output control and their level of automation. The question of the introduction of high-tech automation in the control of storage heaters is described. This question highlights storage heaters with such control as the separate type of storage heaters. Some methodologies for selection of storage heaters are shown. The conclusion about the necessity of implementation of legislation establishing incentives for the introduction of a new generation of storage heaters is made.

One possible source of low-grade heat for heating systems is sewerage waste water. The article presents the review and the comparison of existing devices and systems for heat recovery of waste water in the interior and exterior sewer systems, in particular, the advantages and disadvantages of the use of devices and systems.

This article presents the results of the economic feasibility analysis of the threshold operation of thermal power plants (TPP). The determination of an economic feasibility threshold makes it possible to estimate an economically reasonable extension of TPP lifetime and shows reasonable fuel cost level for electricity generation. The second part of the article shows the technical and economic performance of an introduction of frequency converters for feeding pump as one of the appropriate methods of modernization of TPP.
