This paper presents the results of a study into the stress-based fatigue life calculation algorithm applied to cyclic and random multiaxial proportional and non-proportional loading. This method for high-cycle fatigue, covers both infinite and finite life region, and is based on a critical plane approach combined with rain flow cycle counting and linear damage accumulation. Algorithm based on the method for equivalent scaling of the normal stress in material planes in dependence on the stress state, proposed by Gaier and Danbauer. For analysis the calculated fatigue lives are compared to the experimental results for steel S355 under proportional and non-proportional bending with torsion.

W artykule omówiono badania nowych odczynników flotacyjnych, firmy Clariant, do flotacji mułów węgla kamiennego powstających w wyniku działalności górniczej Kopalni Darkov. Nowe odczynniki flotacyjne linii Montanol 800-1 do 6 zostały przetestowane i porównane z dotychczas stosowanym odczynnikiem flotacyjnym Montanol 508. Prowadzono badania nad flotowalnością węgla z zastosowaniem nowych odczynników flotacyjnych. Ponadto, określano ich właściwości pianotwórcze. Na podstawie wyników badań flotowalności stwierdza się, że dla nieprzetworzonych mułów węglowych, przy zastosowaniu różnych odczynników flotacyjnych, ich skuteczność jest niemal identyczna. Pod względem pianotwórczości środki flotacji Montanol 800-2 i Montanol 800-3 okazały się najlepsze.

The paper deals with an examination of new flotation agents, products of Clariant company, in flotation of black-coal raw slurry originating from mining operations in Darkov Mine. New flotation agents of Montanol 800-1 to 6 line were tested and compared with so far applied flotation agent Montanol 508. Coal floatability applying the individual flotation agents and frothiness of the individual samples were observed. It is apparent from the unprocessed coal slurry floatability results applying different flotation agents that their efficiency is almost identical. As for frothiness, flotation agents of Montanol 800-2 and Montanol 800-3 appear as best.

The tests were performer, and next the obtained results were used for dermination of the equations allowing to calculate stresses and strains with the multiple regression metod, using the loading forces.

This paper presents verification of the algorithm for fatigue life evaluation under proportional and non-proportional bending with torsion proposed by Gaier and Dannbauer. Verification has been based on fatigue test results of steel 18G2A.
