In this article the Histograms Analyser system is presented. It allows us to model simple image recognition systems based on the histograms computation and comparison. Three possibilities of image histograms are presented: 3D, Grayscale and Red-, Green- or Blue-channel histogram. The major methods of comparison are presented too: L0, L1 and L2 Norm, the Matusita distance and the Divergence. The article also shows the results of using Histogram Analyser - creation of simple, fast and efficient face recognition system -.vith the best settings for specific, definite database.
