Analiza rynku pozyskania olejów przepracowanych z ciągników rolniczych w aspekcie ochrony środowiska przyrodniczego

Zużyty olej silnikowy jest odpadem niebezpiecznym i dlatego wymaga specjalnych reguł postępowania w zakresie pozyskiwania, gromadzenia, przechowywania i zagospodarowania. W badaniach weryfikowano poziom popytu i jego zmiany dla 3462 zleceń wymiany olejów w odniesieniu do 1731 ciągników rolniczych. Dla ciągników w okresie gwarancyjnym zlecono wykonanie prawie 400% więcej usług wymiany oleju niż dla ciągników po zakończeniu gwarancji. Tylko 30,5% olejów przepracowanych podlega zagospodarowaniu zgodnie z wymaganiami ustawy o ochronie środowiska. W miesiącach zimowych następowało istotne zmniejszenie ilości pozyskiwanych zużytych olejów w autoryzowanych stacjach obsługi.

The delivery of waste oil by tractor owners to 3 authorized service stations located in central Poland in relation to the no. of tractors in 2003-2014 was analyzed. During the tractor warranty period, the oil changes were often ordered. Only 30.5% of the used oils was recycled in accordance with regulations. A significant redn. of the amt. of used oils delivered to the authorized stations was obsd. in winter.

Decisions concerning investments in farm tractors is a significant problem of modern agricultural production. Ensuring efficient performance of agrotechnical treatments and a rational level of use of tractors in the aspect of exploitation costs are a derivative of the power equipment level in a farm. The paper presents studies carried out in 31 selected farms, which run production on the total acreage of 937 ha of agricultural land (AL) and exploit 70 tractors. Analysis covered information on: area of farms, number and power of used tractors, investments in technical equipment concerning purchase of farm tractors and a production profile. In the investigated farms at the average per 100 ha of the agricultural land area there was 7.47 tractors, 90% of respondents actively used subsidies available from the EU structural funds. A high energy equipment level was determined in particular in farm with a smaller acreage. Over 87% of farm used more than one tractor and the age of the third each did not exceed six years.

Jednym z istotnych problemów współczesnej produkcji rolniczej są decyzje dotyczące inwestycji w ciągniki rolnicze. Zabezpieczenie sprawnej realizacji zabiegów agrotechnicznych i racjonalny poziom wykorzystania ciągników w aspekcie kosztów eksploatacji są pochodną posiadanego w gospodarstwach poziomu wyposażenia energetycznego. W pracy przeprowadzono badania 31 wybranych gospodarstw, które realizują produkcję na łącznym areale 937 ha użytków rolnych (UR) i eksploatują 70 ciągników. Analiza obejmowała informacje na temat: powierzchni gospodarstw, liczby i mocy użytkowanych ciągników, inwestycji w wyposażenie techniczne w zakresie zakupu ciągników rolniczych oraz profilu produkcji. W badanych gospodarstwach średnio na 100 ha powierzchni użytków rolnych przypadało 7,47 ciągników rolniczych, 90% respondentów aktywnie korzystało z dopłat dostępnych w ramach funduszy strukturalnych z UE. Stwierdzono wysoki poziom wyposażenia energetycznego, szczególnie w gospodarstwach o mniejszym areale. Ponad 87% gospodarstw użytkowało więcej niż jeden ciągnik, a wiek co trzeciego nie przekraczał 6 lat.

Analysis of injection systems types used in agricultural machines

The paper presents analysis of the processes taking place in fuel systems which lead to damage of injection devices in farm machines. The most frequent reasons of failure of traditional injection systems and Common Rail high pressure systems which are caused inter alia by an improper quality of diesel oil were described and discussed. Microscopic tests of the surface of worn plungers of the plunger and barrel assemby of Motorpal injection pumps used in Zetor tractors were carried out. Types of damage to elements of the injection pump and electromagnetic injectors used in Common Rail systems CP4 type based on the tests on the group of 126 on-site repairs were assessed. Repairs were made in the repair centres in Podkarpackie Voivodeship and centres dealing with repair of injection systems. Metallographic tests were carried out in the Laboratory of Materials of Rzeszow University of Technology with the use of electrone scanning microscope Hitachi S-3400N.

Praca przedstawia analizę procesów zachodzących w układach paliwowych, które prowadzą do uszkodzeń aparatury wtryskowej pojazdów rolniczych. Opisano i omówiono najczęściej występujące w eksploatacji przyczyny niezdatności układów wtryskowych konwencjonalnych i wysoko ciśnieniowych Common Rail, spowodowane m.in. niewłaściwą jakością oleju napędowego. Przeprowadzono badania mikroskopowe powierzchni zużytych tłoczków par tłoczących pomp wtryskowych Motorpal stosowanych w ciągnikach Zetor. Dokonano oceny rodzajów uszkodzeń elementów pompy wtryskowej i wtryskiwaczy elektromagnetycznych stosowanych w systemach Common Rail typ CP4 na podstawie badań grupy 126 napraw warsztatowych. Miejscem badań były firmy serwisowe prowadzące działalność na terenie województwa podkarpackiego oraz firmy zajmujące się naprawą układów wtryskowych. Badania metalograficzne wykonano w Laboratorium Materiałów Politechniki Rzeszowskiej z zastosowaniem mikroskopu elektronowego skaningowego Hitachi S-3400N.

Na podstawie badań zrealizowanych w Firmie Handlowo Usługowej Zapałów przedstawiono funkcjonowanie obsługi technicznej ciągników marki Massey Ferguson i Fendt. Omówiono strukturę sieci dystrybucyjno-serwisowej w województwie podkarpackim w aspekcie obsługi technicznej ciągników rolniczych. Zaprezentowano analizę poziomu usług technicznych, wykonanych w FHU Zapałów w latach 2010–2013, podczas których prowadzono badania rynkowe. Badaniami dokumentacji warsztatowej objęto grupę 513 zleceń usług serwisowych, które były realizowane na terenie firmy, w gospodarstwach rolników oraz w warunkach polowych. Wyniki uzyskane z analizy danych wskazują na potrzebę optymalizacji działań w zakresie zarządzania obsługą serwisową. Głównym problemem dla firmy handlowo-usługowej jest okresowość popytu na części zamienne i obsługę techniczną, wynikająca z sezonowości prac agrotechnicznych.

Based on research carried out in the Company of Commerce and Service Zapałów, the functioning of the Massey Ferguson and Fendt’s tractors support service is shown in the article. The structure of distribution and service network in Podkarpackie province is discussed in the aspect of servicing tractors. The analysis of the level of servicing in the Company of Commerce and Service Zapałów for the years 2010–2013 during which market research was carried out is presented further. Research of workshop documentation covered a group of 513 commissions of servicing, which the company had executed both on farms and in fields. The results obtained from the data analysis show the need to optimise measures taken in servicing. The main problem for the commerce and service company is periodicity of demand for spare parts and the support service coming from the seasonality of the agricultural production.

W artykule opisano warunki funkcjonowania rynku dystrybucji oryginalnych części zamiennych do pojazdów i maszyn rolniczych. Omówiono problemy w zakresie zapewnienia ciągłości dostępu do szerokiego asortymentu części przy jednoczesnym dążeniu firm do maksymalnego ograniczenia kosztów stałych i zmiennych. Badania zrealizowane w latach 2003-2011 objęły ogółem zbiór 8 964 zleceń przewozowych części zamiennych do pojazdów i maszyn rolniczych, wykonanych przez firmy kurierskie. W pracy dokonano oceny pięciu wybranych metod prognozowania w aspekcie ich dopuszczalności do stosowania przy opisie zagadnień dystrybucji części zamiennych. Analizie poddano modele składowej periodycznej: metodę wskaźnikową w wersji addytywnej i multiplikatywnej oraz metody wygładzania wykładniczego: model Browna oraz liniowy model Wintersa w wersji addytywnej i multiplikatywnej.

The article describes the conditions of functioning of the distribution market of spare parts for agricultural vehicles and machines. The author discussed the problems in the aspect of providing a continuous access to the wide range of spare parts with simultaneous drive of companies towards the maximum reduction of fixed and variable costs. The research carried out in the years 2003-2011 encompassed the total number of 8,964 transport orders of spare parts for agricultural machines and tractors carried out by the courier companies. This work assesses five selected forecasting methods in the aspect of their usage permissibility when describing the issues of spare parts distribution. The periodic component models were analysed: the index method in additive and multiplicative versions as well as the methods of exponential smoothing: the Brown model and Winters linear model in additive and multiplicative versions.

Zaprezentowano założenia liberalizacji unijnego sektora pocztowego oraz otwarcia go na konkurencję firm prywatnych. Omówiono akty prawne Parlamentu Europejskiego i Rada UE dotyczące liberalizacji całego unijnego rynku pocztowego. Scharakteryzowano proces implementacji przepisów unijnych na polskim rynku usług pocztowych na przestrzeni dwóch dekad. Omówiono zmiany wprowadzone w zakresie usług pocztowych i przesyłek kurierskich przez ustawy Prawo pocztowe z 2003 i 2012 r. Przedstawiono strukturę krajowego rynku usług pocztowych po jego liberalizacji od 1.01.2013 r. oraz omówiono zakres obowiązków operatora wyznaczonego. Zaprezentowano rozwój krajowego rynku operatorów niepublicznych w latach 1996-2013. Przedstawiono dynamikę zmian i strukturę organizacyjno-prawną podmiotów niepublicznych. Opisano działalność w trzech segmentach rynku usług pocztowych oraz zakres obszarowy usług wykonywanych przez operatorów prowadzących działalność pocztową w 2013 r. w Polsce. Poddano analizie warunki i rzeczywisty poziom liberalizacji krajowego rynku usług pocztowych.

The article presents postal services in the aspect of their development and the entitlements of the post office as a state institution that holds monopoly on the provided services. The premises of liberalization of the EU postal sector and the concept of opening it to the private companies competition have been presented. The legal acts of the European Parliament and the Council of the European Union that regard liberalization of the whole EU postal market have been discussed. The article characterizes the process of implementation of the EU regulations on the Polish postal services market over a span of twenty years. The changes in the field of postal and courier services introduced by the Postal Law Acts dated 2003 and 2012 have been discussed. The author has presented the structure of the domestic postal service market since its liberalization since January 1st 2013 and discussed the scope of duties of the assigned operator. The development of the domestic market of non-public operators in the years 1996-2013 have been presented. The article shows the dynamics of changes and legal and organizational structure of the non-public operators. The author described the activity in three segments of postal services market as well as the territorial range of services provided by operators carrying out postal activity in 2013 in Poland. The analysis of conditions and the actual level of liberalization of the domestic postal services market has been carried out.

W artykule zaprezentowano obszary działania firm kurierskich oraz nowy element rynku w postaci firm brokerskich. Przedstawiono genezę powstania i rozwój krajowego rynku usług kurierskich. Scharakteryzowano jego strukturę i przekształcenia własnościowe obejmujące największe firmy krajowe. Omówiono regulacje prawne normujące działalność podmiotów gospodarczych oraz zakres ich obowiązków przy świadczeniu usług kurierskich. Zaprezentowano zasady funkcjonowania brokerów na rynku kurierskim, sferę świadczonych usług, korzyści wynikające z takiej organizacji rynku oraz zakres współpracy brokerów i firm kurierskich. Wykonano badania rynku i poddano analizie wyniki uzyskane dla sześciu wiodących firm na rynku krajowym. Porównano ceny za usługę przewozową wykonywaną po zgłoszeniu zlecenia bezpośrednio w firmie kurierskiej oraz za pośrednictwem brokera, mającego podpisaną umowę 0 współpracy z danym kurierem. Badania obejmowały usługę dostawy standardowej koperty o masie 0,8 kg, przesyłki w postaci standardowej paczki o masie 10 kg, przewozu paczki niestandardowej o masie 50 kg i dostarczenia palety z ładunkiem 400 kg. Zestawienie ofert cenowych za przewóz przesyłki wykazało oszczędności na poziomie 50-70% opłaty podstawowej w przypadku pośrednictwa firmy brokerskiej.

The article presents activity areas of delivery service companies and a new market element in a form of brokerage firms. The origins and development of domestic delivery service market have been presented. The structure and ownership transformations encompassing the biggest domestic companies have been characterized. The article also describes legal regulations that standardize the activity of economic entities along with the scope of their duties in providing delivery services. The rules of brokers' operating on the delivery service market and the area of provided services have been presented along with benefits resulting from the way the market is organized and the scope of cooperation between brokers and delivery service companies. The market research has been carried out and the results acquired for six leading companies on the domestic market have been analyzed. The article contains the analysis of prices of package delivery service carried out after the commission order, both directly in the delivery service company and via the broker who signed a cooperation agreement with a given courier. The research encompassed the delivery service of a 0,8 kg standard envelope, a 10 kg standard package, a non-standard 50 kg package and the delivery of a pallet with a 400 kg load. The juxtaposition of price offers for the delivery transport has shown savings amounting to 50-70% of a basic fee by the agency of a brokerage firm.

Omówiono cztery koncepcje wykorzystania energii z małych elektrowni wiatrowych zasilających gospodarstwa domowe. Przedstawiono składniki oraz strukturę kosztów przy tego typu inwestycji.

The domestic market of wind energy industry in the aspect of current legal regulations has been presented. The author characterised the possibilities of the market development in relation to the carried out legislative activities. The article presents the premises of the so-called landscape act and distance act, i.e. projects aimed at improving the landscape protection and making changes to the building code in the field of wind farm locations. The issues of building small wind farms for the needs of households have been presented. The author characterized the usage of installations and elements of critical technical infrastructure in the independently operating systems that are connected to the electrical grids. The organisational premises resulting from the legal regulations in force that regard the building small wind installations have been presented. The article contains the analysis of four concepts of utilizing energy produced in small wind farms that supply households with electricity. The elements and structure of costs connected with such investments have been presented.

The article presents postal services in the aspect of problems that emerged as a result of the long-lasting activity under conditions of the state monopoly. The main transformation directions of the postal market have been presented. The author described the premises of the demonopolisation process which are in accordance with the guidelines of the legal records of the European Parliament. The last twenty years of functioning of the Polish market of postal services have been analysed, including the following areas: legal and organisational structure of entities that provide postal services as well as the changes in the employment rate in the postal sector. The structure and location of post offices of the Poczta Polska S.A. (Polish Post) and courier companies in the territory of Poland before 2013 and after the implementation of full demonopolisation in the field of postal services. The legal requirements in respect to the appointed operator and their fulfilment level by the Poczta Polska S.A. have been characterised. The article describes the activities of non-public operators in the field of changes in strategy and infrastructure that have been carried out in the aspect of making preparations to taking over the role of the appointed operator.

W artykule opisano rynek pojazdów rolniczych w aspekcie zapotrzebowania na oryginalne części zamienne. Przedstawiono warunki determinujące stosowanie outsourcingu w logistyce dystrybucji części zamiennych. Poddano analizie możliwość wykorzystania modelu Holta-Wintersa do oceny popytu na wybraną grupę filtrów do ciągników rolniczych marki John Deere na przestrzeni roku kalendarzowego. Badania ilości sprzedanych filtrów wykonano w przedsiębiorstwie handlowo-usługowym, będącym autoryzowanym dealerem. Cykl badań obejmował lata 2003-2011. Dokonano oceny przydatności czterech wersji modelu Holta-Wintersa z trendem i sezonowością addytywną oraz multiplikatywną do prognozowania popytu na grupę filtrów. Dla wybranych modeli przetestowano ich trafność poprzez sporządzenie prognoz ex post i ocenę wartości mierników błędów absolutnych i względnych.

The article describes the agricultural vehicle market in the aspect of the demand for original spare parts. The author presented conditions that determine the usage of the outsourcing in the spare parts distribution logistics. The analysis of the possibility of using Holt-Winters model for assessing the demand for the selected group of filters for John Deere agricultural tractors over the course of the calendar year was carried out. The research concerning the quantity of sold filters was carried out in the trade and service company, which is an authorized dealer. The research cycle encompassed years 2003-2011. The author assessed the usefulness of four versions of Holt-Winters model with the trend and additive and multiplicative seasonalness for forecasting the demand for the filter group. For selected models the accuracy was tested through making the ex post forecasts and assessing the values of indexes of absolute and relative errors.

Przedstawiono zagrożenia dla środowiska ze strony zużytych olejów silnikowych, przekładniowych oraz filtrów wymienianych podczas eksploatacji ciągników. Scharakteryzowano rynek odpadów w zakresie pozyskiwania zużytych płynów eksploatacyjnych. Omówiono problemy wynikające z dużego rozproszenia i niskiej rentowności rynku indywidualnych użytkowników pojazdów rolniczych. Zaprezentowano korzyści z obsługi technicznej ciągników prowadzonej przez autoryzowaną sieć serwisową. Omówiono strukturę ilościową w układzie miesięcznym 2889 przeglądów gwarancyjnych i pogwarancyjnych, wykonanych przez autoryzowaną obsługę techniczną. Przedstawiono strukturę zapotrzebowania na grupę filtrów: oleju silnika, oleju hydraulicznego i skrzyni biegów oraz paliwa do ciągników rolniczych, które firma dystrybucyjna sprzedała użytkownikom. Wyznaczono współczynnik korelacji Pearsona oraz test istotności dla współczynnika korelacji liniowej badanych zmiennych: liczby przeglądów gwarancyjnych i pogwarancyjnych oraz liczby sprzedanych filtrów do ciągników w oparciu o test t-Studenta.

This work presents the hazards to the environment caused by the used engine oils, transmission oils and filters that are subject to change during the exploitation of agricultural tractors. The benefits resulting from technical servicing of vehicles carried out by the authorised service chain have been characterised. The author has presented issues regarding the recovery of waste oil from individual users in the aspect of the scattered market profitability and the extent to which farmers use authorised servicing. This article analyses the quantitative structure of 2,889 warranty and post-warranty service carried out by the authorised service station in a monthly arrangement. It also presents the sales structure of 10,906 pieces of agricultural tractor filters that the distribution company sold to individual users. For the research results in the years 2003-2012, the author has defined the Pearson product-moment correlation coefficient and the significance test for the linear correlation coefficient of the analyzed variables: the number of warranty and post-warranty services and the number of sold agricultural tractor filters on the basis of the t-Student test.

Zaprezentowano modele wykorzystania metody outsourcingu w dystrybucji regionalnej i detalicznej części. Opisano strukturę współpracy autoryzowanego dystrybutora z firmami kurierskimi. Badania ilości usług przewozowych przy dostawach części zamiennych wykonano w przedsiębiorstwie handlowo-usługowym, będącym dealerem w branży rolniczej. Cykl badań obejmował lata 2003-2012. Wyniki badań opracowano statystycznie przy wykorzystaniu programu R wersja 3.0.2. Wyznaczono trend, wahania przypadkowe i wahania sezonowe dla szeregu obserwacji miesięcznych usług przewozowych, zlecanych firmom kurierskim.

The article characterised the agricultural vehicles and machines market in the aspect of the demand for spare parts. The conditions determining the outsourcing application in the logistics of spare parts and accessories distribution were presented. Models of using the outsourcing method in the regional and retail distribution of spare parts were analysed. A cooperation structure of an authorised distributor with delivery companies was described. Research on the number of spare parts transport services was done in a trading-servicing company which is a dealer in the agricultural branch. The research cycle encompassed the years 2003-2012. The research results were prepared statistically with the use of R version 3.0.2 programme. A trend, random fluctuations and seasonal fluctuations for a range of monthly observations of transport services commissioned to delivery companies were determined.

Scharakteryzowano czynniki wpływające na poziom i strukturę popytu na przeglądy techniczne ciągników rolniczych w okresie gwarancyjnym. Badania przeglądów prowadzono w latach 2003-2013. Omówiono strukturę 2639 przeglądów wykonanych przez autoryzowany serwis w odniesieniu do 1634 sztuk ciągników, które obejmowała gwarancja na podzespoły i silnik. The author has characterized the factors impacting the level and structure of demand for vehicle technical inspections of agricultural tractors under warranty. The analyses of inspections were carried out in the years 2003-2013. This work describes the structure of 2639 inspections carried out by an authorized service in relation to 1634 tractors under warranty that covered components and engines. The results of the analyses have been positioned in time series and prepared statistically by defining the trend, random fluctuations and a seasonal indexes value. The author has defined the Pearson product-moment correlation coefficient and the significance test for the linear correlation coefficient of the analyzed variables: the number of inspections and the number of tractors and engines in tractors, on the basis of on t-Student test.

Naprawy odniesiono do 1634 sztuk ciągników, które obejmowała gwarancja na podzespoły i silnik. The author has presented the conditions necessary to be fulfilled by users under the warranty period in order to be entitled to free service of agricultural tractors. The research was carried out in the years 2003-2013. This work describes the structure of 5303 warranty services carried out by an authorized service. W artykule zaprezentowano obszary poddane badaniom w procesie dystrybucji i obsługi technicznej pojazdów i maszyn. Przedstawiono model struktury badań rynkowych procesu dystrybucji i obsługi technicznej pojazdów i maszyn rolniczych, realizowanych przez autoryzowaną firmę dealerską. Scharakteryzowano program Akcja Serwisowa mający na celu wyrównanie struktury popytu na naprawę wyposażenia technicznego gospodarstw. Przedstawiono nowoczesny element zarządzania procesem dystrybucji w postaci Programu Lojalnościowego. Omówiono procedury wyboru ciągników i maszyn rolniczych, którymi dealerzy wspierają klientów, ze wskazaniem kryteriów rozpatrywanych na etapie analizy oferty rynkowej. Zaprezentowano problemy wynikające z rozkładu terytorialnego świadczonej obsługi technicznej.

The article presents research areas in a distribution process and technical maintenance of vehicles and agricultural machines. A structure model of market research of a distribution process and technical maintenance of vehicles and agricultural machines was shown, carried out by a dealer authorised company. The 'Service Action' programme aiming at balancing the demand structure for mending the technical equipment of farms was characterised. A modern element of distribution process management in a form of the 'Loyalty Programme' was presented. Tractors and agricultural machines selection procedures supporting customers by the dealers and indicating criteria considered at the level of the market offer analysis were discussed. The article also presented problems resulting from a territorial schedule of the technical service.

The article describes the energy market that uses renewable energy sources. The author has presented the level of development of renewable energy in selected countries in Europe and in the world. This paper contains the description of institutions and forms of public assistance that support the development of the wind power industry through earmarked funds, donations and certificates. It also depicts legal acts that promote and secure achieving the planned level of energy produced by wind turbines. The article characterizes the size and power of wind turbines installed in Poland as well as the level of energy they produce. The author has also presented the barriers in the development of wind energy in technical, economical and environmental aspects.

This paper contains presentation of problems of securing demand for spare parts for agricultural vehicles. Tasks carried out by a distribution and service company, which is the authorized dealer in the sector of agriculture service, have been characterized. The research was conducted for the group of parts including filters of: fuel, engine oil, oil for hydraulic system and gear box for JOHN DEERE agricultural vehicles. Selected parts were cyclically sold in connection with a change during the realization of technical inspections and post-technical inspections. The cycle of the conducted research encompassed the years 2003-2010. The research was carried out in the service department of the authorized dealer of agricultural vehicles of the DEERE & Company concern. The analysis of the number of sold filters in monthly, quarterly and annual arrangement was presented. The research results were statistically analyzed using the R program (v. 2.14.1.). The trend, random fluctuations and seasonal fluctuations for the series of monthly observations were determined. The analysis of the impact of works and agritechnical measures on demand for filters for agricultural vehicles was conducted.

Paper presents the distribution logistics tasks in the sphere of customer service. Pre-sale technical inspections (zero-inspections) of agricultural machines and vehicles, done by the service stations, were discussed. Observations were carried out at the Service Department of an authorized distributor of farm machines. Cycle of investigations included the technical service of agricultural vehicles and machines within the years 2003-2010. Obtained results were processed statistically with the use of R programme (2.14.1 version), determining the trend, accidental and seasonal fluctuations. Time-tables of the pre-sale inspections were analysed in aspect of agrotechnical procedure calendar.

The article presents the functions of distribution logistics in the sales process of spare parts for farm vehicles and machines. The market of technical services for agriculture was characterized in the context of spare parts supply. The article includes a presentation of the possibilities of applying the outsourcing method in carrying out spare parts delivery services. The surveys of the number of delivery services connected with spare parts supply were performed in a trade and services enterprise which is an authorized distributor in the agricultural industry. The series of surveys spanned the years 2003-2010. The results of the surveys were subject to statistical analysis with the use of the R program version 2.14.1. The trend as well as random and seasonal fluctuations were identified for a series of monthly observations of delivery services carried out by courier companies. Temporal distributions of deliveries were subject to analysis in the context of the field crop group according to the calendar of agrotechnical operations.

The article presents an analysis of issues concerning the distribution logistics of new farm machines. It contains a characterization of the farm machines market in Poland. Selective domestic distribution conducted by leaders in the industry was discussed. The results of surveys of farm machines sales volume were presented in a graphic form. The surveys were carried out in the Sales Department of the enterprise which is an authorized distributor of farm machines and tractors. The series of carried out surveys spanned the years 2003-2010.
