Omówienie podstawowych wymagań określonych w przepisach ustawy Prawo geologiczne i górnicze, które trzeba spełnić do tego, aby podmiot mógł podjąć i prowadzić działalność objętą zakresem przedmiotowym tej ustawy. Dotyczy to zwłaszcza uprawnień do złoża lub części górotworu, koncesji, praw do informacji geologicznej z uwzględnieniem nowych lub odmiennych regulacji prawnych wynikających z ostatnich zmian Prawa geologicznego i górniczego.

Discussed here are the basic requirements defined in the regulations of the Act of Geological and Mining Law to be met by the legal entity to be able to undertake and conduct an economic activity covered by the subject scope of that Act. This applies especially to the rights in relation to the deposit or part of the strata, the license, the rights to geological information with taking into account new or altered legal regulations resulting from the latest modifications of the Geological and Mining Law.

The revalorization design with the case study of the Horse Race Tracks in Wroclaw, Poland, is discussed. The architectural project was performed in a systemic aspect, with taking into consideration both the historical value of the complex and the contemporary requirements resulting from the needs of participants of the horse race sport as well as of persons utilizing the complex for rest and recreation purposes.
