The objective of this article is to present an innovative concept of modular reconfigurable trolleys for multifloor manufacturing that increases the efficiency of the production processes, transport and logistics. The characteristics of the original concept of modular load units for reconfigurable trolleys are presented, with their technical and technological description and assembly. This article culminates with the synthetic analysis of the effectiveness of the proposed solution. The applications contain a description of the possibilities of further implementation and development of the technology under investigation.

Celem artykułu jest przedstawienie innowacyjnej koncepcji modularnych jednostek ładunkowych, zwiększających efektywność procesów produkcyjnych i transportowo-logistycznych. Przedstawiono charakterystykę autorskiej koncepcji modularnych jednostek ładunkowych, z ich opisem techniczno-technologicznym i montażowym. Artykuł kończy się syntetyczną analizą efektywności proponowanego rozwiązania. Wnioski zaś zawierają opis możliwości dalszej implementacji i rozwoju badanej technologii.

The application of multi-floor cellular manufacturing in huge cities is related to the rational use of urban areas and the solution of traffic problems. The select of freight elevators is a vital part of decision process in the multi-floor manufacturing which allows the enterprise to select equipment considering technical, economic, environmental, social and other factors. This paper presents the specific approach to the selection of freight elevators for the multi-floor cellular manufacturing. A model for freight elevators selection is proposed considering the manufacturing performance, the carrying capacity of vertical transport system, and the number of floors of cellular manufacturing.

Zastosowanie wielopiętrowych gniazdowych systemów produkcyjnych w dużych miastach jest związane z racjonalnym wykorzystaniem obszarów miejskich i decyzji problemów komunikacyjnych. Wybór dźwigów towarowych jest ważną częścią procesu podjęcia decyzji w produkcji wielopiętrowej, co pozwala przedsiębiorstwu wybrać sprzęt z uwzględnieniem technicznych, ekonomicznych, ekologicznych, socjalnych i innych czynników. W artykule jest przedstawione specyficzne podejście do wyboru dźwigów towarowych dla wielopiętrowych gniazdowych systemów produkcyjnych. Zaproponowano model dla wyboru dźwigów towarowych z uwzględnieniem produktywności wytwarzania, przelotowości pionowego transportowego systemu i ilości pięter systemu produkcyjnego.

The application of multi-floor manufacturing in huge cities is related to the rational use of urban areas and the solution of traffic problems. Technology assessment is a vital part of decision process in manufacturing which allows the enterprise to select manufacturing processes and technological equipment taking into account of technical, economic, environmental, social and other factors. This paper presents the specific approach to the assessment of technologies in the enterprises, represented as a system of multifloor cellular manufacturing connected by a common vertical transport system which including passenger and freight elevators. A model for technology assessment and selection taking into account the carrying capacity of vertical transport system and the number of floors of cellular manufacturing system is propose.

Kryteria decyzyjne w procesie oceny technologii dla produkcji wielopiętrowej są uwzględnione w wymaganiach technologicznych, ekonomicznych, środowiskowych i społecznych. Zaproponowaliśmy dodatkowe kryteria oceny technologii dla produkcji wielopiętrowej, którą można przypisać wymaganiom technicznym. Proponowane kryteria techniczne są również realizowane przez ekonomiczne, ekologiczne i społeczne aspekty procesu oceny zrównoważonego rozwoju. Jednym z głównych kryteriów wyboru urządzeń produkcyjnych jest modułowa zasada ich projektowania. Kryteria techniczne, takie jak ciężar, całkowite wymiary modułów wyposażenia technologicznego, umożliwiają ocenę modułów dostawy na różnych poziomach budynku przy ich późniejszym montażu. Modułowa technologia blokowa urządzeń technologicznych pozwala również na szybki re-engineering, recykling i wykorzystanie. Również kryteria dotyczące wagi i wymiarów urządzeń technologicznych są dopuszczalne do oceny możliwości umieszczenia ich na wybranym piętrze budynku z uwzględnieniem dostępnych powierzchni produkcyjnych i nośności konstrukcji budynku. Ważnym kryterium wyboru sprzętu technologicznego jest harmonizacja osiągów z przepustowością wind ciężarowych, uwzględniając ilość podłóg części produkcyjnej budynku. Proponowane kryteria oceny technologii mogą być wykorzystane do wspierania opracowania ogólnego modelu oceny procesu zrównoważonego rozwoju w odniesieniu do produkcji wielopiętrowej w środowisku miejskim wielkich miast.

The concordance of the vertical transport carrying capacity and of the performance of a multi-floor assembly manufacturing is one of tasks of production logistics. This paper defines the performance of multi-floor assembly manufacturing, depending on the number of parallel working flexible assembly cells, the weight or volume distribution of the finished product on the floors, the floor area occupied by the assembly production and vertical transport, the carrying capacity and number of freight elevators, time of their working cycle. The conditions to achieve the rational performance of multi-floor assembly manufacturing are revealed, allowing to determine the number of parallel working flexible assembly cells, the number of floors taking into account the height and the production of area floors, performance and footprint flexible assembly cells, the technical characteristics of the freight elevators and the area occupied by them. It provides the conditions for effective operations of the multi-floor assembly manufacturing and servicing, the vertical transport.

Dopasowane pojemności i wydajności pionowego transportu w montowni, usytuowanej w obiekcie wielokondygnacyjnym, jest jednym z zadań logistyki produkcji. Wydajność montażu wyrobu określona jest w zależności od: liczby równoległych elastycznych komórek montażowych, masy i/lub objętości wyrobu końcowego, powierzchni podłogi zajmowanej podczas montażu oraz wydajności transportu pionowego, pojemności i liczby wind towarowych oraz od czasu cyklu produkcyjnego. Warunki do uzyskania skutecznego działania wielokondygnacyjnych montowni, wyznaczają: liczba równoległych elastycznych komórek montażowych, liczba pięter, wysokość i powierzchnia przestrzeni produkcyjnej, wydajności elastycznych komórek montażowych, właściwości techniczne wind towarowych wraz z zajmowanym przez nie obszarem. Uwzględnienie powyższych uwarunkowań i zaproponowanie logistycznych rozwiązań sprawia, że możliwe jest zapewnienie warunków dla skutecznego funkcjonowania produkcji montażowej wielopoziomowej i obsługi IT, transportu pionowego.

The multi-floor manufacturing is widely used in the megacities with high-density population due to the limited areas for industrial development and also the necessity of unloading transport streams. The article gives the analysis of an infrastructure for the multi-floor virtual enterprises system that allows allocating the components and studying their role in maintaining the main production. The conditions for the harmonization of the vertical transport carrying capacity and of the performance of a multi-floor assembly manufacturing are determined. The morphological analysis of ownership patterns of the fixed assets for the multi-floor virtual enterprises is defined. The article offers to define the enterprises-homes as system of multi-floor virtual workhouses.

Wytwarzanie multi-floor jest szeroko stosowane w wielkich miastach o dużej gęstości populacji z powodu ograniczonych obszarów dla rozwoju przemysłu, a także konieczności usprawnienia strumieni transportowych. Artykuł zawiera analizę infrastruktury, dla wielokondygnacyjnego systemu wirtualnych przedsiębiorstw. Analiza ta umożliwia przydzielanie komponentów i badanie ich roli w utrzymaniu produkcji głównej. W artykule ustalono warunki dotyczące harmonizacji pionowego transportu, ładowności oraz wykonania produkcji montażowej multifloor. Ponadto przeprowadzono morfologiczną analizę wzorców własności środków trwałych dla wielokondygnacyjnych wirtualnych przedsiębiorstw. W artykule proponuje się zdefiniowanie przedsiębiorstwa - domu, jako systemu multi-floor wirtualnych przedsiębiorstw.

The Problem of a transport providing of the flexible productive line operate the sections of that with buffer stocks are located consistently on the different floors of the building are considered in the article. The rational routes of the workpieces and finished products, nonstationary buffer stocks in the form of trolleys, connecting the sections of the line and the main stock are offered. The concordance of the vertical transport carrying capacity and of the performance of the multi-floor flexible productive line sections is executed. The time cycle operation and the required number of the freight elevators, the amount of the stock trolleys taking into account the performance and location on the floors of the line sections are determined. It provides the conditions for effective operations of the multi-floor flexible production line and servicing, the vertical transport.

W artykule zaprezentowano problemy transportowe elastycznej linii produkcyjnej podzielonej na sekcje, które korzystają z zapasów buforowych znajdujących się na różnych piętrach budynku. Zaproponowano rozwiązania w postaci racjonalnych dróg przepływu półwyrobów i wyrobów gotowych, niestacjonarnych zapasów buforowych umieszczonych na wózkach, łączących odcinki linii produkcyjnej z głównym magazynem. Skorelowano nośność transportu pionowego z elastycznymi odcinkami linii produkcyjnych. Uwzględniono czas cyklu operacji, wymaganą liczbę wind towarowych oraz liczbę wózków z uwzględnieniem charakterystyki i lokalizacji umieszczonych na poszczególnych piętrach odcinków linii produkcyjnej. Zaproponowano warunki dla skutecznego działania elastycznej linii produkcyjnej multipiętrowej oraz serwisowania pojazdów, transportu pionowego.
