W pracy przedstawiono krótką charakterystykę szumów m.cz. i w.cz. tranzystorów bipolarnych. Przeprowadzono badania statystycznej zależności pomiędzy poziomem szumów m.cz. i w.cz. tych tranzystorów. Stwierdzono, że szumy w.cz. zależą od poziomu szumu 1/f.

The short characteristic of l.f. and h.f. noise of bipolar transistors is given in the work. The investigation of statistical dependence between this two kinds of noise was conducted. As a result it was found that h.f. noise are dependent on l.f. 1/f type noise.

A new method of investigation of the reliability of bipolar transistor was described. 40 low-power, high-frequency BF200 transistors were tested during only 96 hours. The dependence of the reliability on the 1/f noise level was confirmed. In addition, it was found that the avalanche noise level may also be used to predict reliability.
