The implementation of quality management systems to prison units is a warranty for better effects in economic and essential consideration. The most important is identification of processes realized in prison units. Some of them can be presented as: human resources management and development, financial and logistic service, providing system and maintenance, management within surrounding relationships, etc. The secure transport of prisoners is very interesting problem in many discussions and solutions. Its introduction to practical realization is in the publication presented.
