The smart home systems projects based on the Arduino platform

This work presents the control system of intelligent home systems from the Android application level. A plan was developed and two mock-ups were built - a smart home and an aquarium to illustrate the operation of the systems. Both models were created on the basis of the Arduino programming platform, which is characterized by high modification possibilities, allows for a practical and at the same time interesting way to present the issue on a real example of a smart home model.

W niniejszej pracy został przedstawiony system sterowania inteligentnymi systemami domowymi z poziomu aplikacji dla systemu Android. Opracowano plan i zbudowano dwie makiety – inteligentnego domu oraz akwarium w celu zobrazowania pracy systemów. Oba modele powstały na bazie platformy programistycznej Arduino, która charakteryzuje się dużymi możliwościami modyfikacji, umożliwia w praktyczny, a zarazem ciekawy sposób przedstawienia zagadnienia na rzeczywistym przykładzie modelu inteligentnego domu.

The article discusses issues related to virtual measurement systems and presents the results of comparative measurements of resistance and electric voltage measured with various measuring devices, including virtual NI Elvis systems. The accuracy and measurement errors were compared, as well as the advantages and disadvantages of the devices and methods used for the measurements. Moreover, a computer simulation of the measurements in the Multisim software was performed, and its results were compared with the actual indications of the meters.
