In this work the method of volumetric-calendar planning and production schedule drafting- the network planning - have been considered for the case, which is related to serial or serial-parallel execution of certain works and operations in order to shorten the total delivery cycle of intermodal freight in containers.

Content available Two-point wheel - rail contact investigation

This paper describes a wheel - rail contact for a case when one contact point is located on the wheel tread while the other is on the wheel flange. The locations of these points are determined for both wheels for given lateral displacement and yaw angle of a wheelset. Numerical simulation results are presented for new and worn rail-wheel profiles in order to demonstrate a developed algorithm.

A description of the kinetic mechanism of flow pre-ignition reactions of ozonized fuel in a diesel engine is suggested on transport vehicles, the influence of ozonation on the speed of chemical reactions is justified.

The questions of forming of the logistical system of organization of freight transportations in megapolises on terminal technology are considered. Solution of task of choice of optimum location of distributive centre and decreasing of total expenditures on delivery of freight is offered.

The opportunity of application of composite (chaotically - spatial) materials in the pairs of friction of axle box frictional dampers of passenger car truck is considered. The number of materials of a various composition for frictional interaction, ensuring a stable work of integrations in the period of the set term of service life, is investigated. The investigations of wear of elements of mobile integrations are carried out and the principal parameter of longevity of integrations (a speed of wearing) is determined. The recommendations on preferable application of the considered materials are given.

The results of preliminary experimental research of ozonized fuel influence on working characteristics of diesel engine. The decrease of fuel consumption on 1,1% and exhaust opacity lessening of exhaust gases by working on ozonized fuel on 12-17% are discovered.

The design of the main friction pair of the frictional oscillations damper of passenger car axle box stage suspension and its manufacturing techniques are described. The difference of the design of the main friction pair consists in replacement of a conical contact surface of the shpinton sleeve by a pyramidal surface as well as a cylindrical surface of the frictional slide block by a flat surface of the rectangular form. Technological ways of increase of strength and wear resistance were developed that allowed quantitatively to estimate a reserve of increase of strength and thermal wear resistance by methods of plastic deforming. With the purpose of increase of wear resistance and resource saving the new technology of producing the shpinton sleeve blank is offered by a method of cold die forging, and a frictional slide block - by hot die forging.

The railway transport in a maximum degree is conservative. For example, the design of wheelsets, practically, has not changed for the last 150 years. Such a long life was given to this tendency by its high reliability and simplicity of the design. It is considered, that the rigid connection of wheels by means of an axis provides a self-centering of wheelset within the limits of a cross backlash of a railway. The tread contact surfaces have a difficult profile. Researches of many scientists, dealing with the questions of interaction of wheels with rails, show that the classical approach to the wheelset design leads to many problems of the railway transport. Therefore, the authors of this article strived for deeper consideration of kinematics of a movement of vehicle by a railway.
