The paper presents computer controlled system for residual gas analysis in ultrahigh vacuum. System consists ofthe Penningvac vacuum meter for the total pressure measurements, the quadrupole mass spectrometer Quadruvac Q200 for residual gas pressure measurements and personal computer IBM PC 486 with data acquisition card CIO-DAS08-AOH. Using described system one can measure total and partial pressure during the pumping or process time in UHV system equipped in analytical instrumentation. System operates under control of WINQUAD package written in Turbo Pascal for Windows (v.7.0).
