The influences of winding section parameters at ring spinning frame on the hairiness of polyester-viscose blended yarns are examined. Statistical analysis of the results showed that yarn hairiness is significantly influenced by spindle speed, thread guide eccentricity (in a right, left, forward, backward direction), the balloon control ring, the diameter of the balloon control ring, the traveller weight, and relative humidity. Moreover, it was observed that separator plates and the thread guide shape do not have a significant effect on yarn hairiness.

Badano wpływ parametrów pracy zespołu nawojowego przędzarki obrączkowej na włochatość przędz poliestrowo-wiskozowych. Statystyczna analiza wyników badań wskazuje, że na włochatość przędz wyraźnie wpływa prędkość wrzeciona, ekscentryczność prowadnika nitki (w lewym i w prawym kierunku, do przodu i do tyłu), pierścień kontrolny balonu i jego średnica, masa biegacza i wilgotność względna pomieszczenia. Ponadto zaobserwowano, że płytki separatora i kształt prowadnika nitki nie miały istotnego wpływu na włochatość włókna.

The influences of drafting system parameters of a ring frame and yarn parameters on the hairiness of polyester-viscose blended yarns are examined. Samples of 80/20 polyester/ viscose blended yarns were produced by a SKF Lab Spinner and the hairiness was measured by a Shirley Yarn Friction/Hairiness Meter. Statistical analysis of the results show that yarn hairiness is significantly influenced by the drafting system angle, the overhang of the top delivery roller , the covering of the top delivery roller, the back zone setting, the break draft, the yarn count and yarn twist. Moreover, it was observed that the distance clips and top roller pressure do not have a significant effect on the yarn hairiness. The origin of the improving factors and decreasing factors of hairiness are discussed.

Badano wpływ parametrów przędzy oraz procesu jej rozciągania na włochatość. Badaniom poddano przędze mieszankowe (80% poliester / 20% wiskoza) wytworzone na przędzarce laboratoryjnej SKF Lab. Włochatość mierzono aparatem Shirley Yarn Friction/Hairiness Meter. Analiza statystyczna wyników pozwoliła stwierdzić, że na włochatość wpływają parametry przędzy tj. masa liniowa i skręt oraz parametry systemu rozciągania m. in. naddatek prędkości rolek zasilających, ustawienie poszczególnych rolek. Ponadto stwierdzono, że odległość między zaciskami i ciśnienie górnej rolki nie mają znaczącego wpływu na włochatość przędzy. Omówiono związki przyczynowo-skutkowe czynników zwiększających i obniżających włochatość.
