For SME's (small and medium enterprises) as dominat element of strategy can be quality treated generally. The life cycle for a small firm, which keeps small one without transmission to big one, depends from some products manufacturing in its and capability to overcome periodical crisis. Therefore the continuous utilization of such tools like SWOT analysis or benchmarking are very useful every time. The use of 8 critical factors, based on N.Churchill and V.Levis proposals, helps in such approach. Other factors, proposed by J.W.Goscinski, demonstrate the necessity of application of different aspects in consideration of the topic. Such discussion is here presented.
