W artykule przedstawiono metody badania odporności taśm przenośnikowych na przebijanie i omówiono stosowane metody wyznaczania krytycznej energii uderzenia. Opracowano nową metodę wyznaczania energii krytycznej oraz energii średniej uderzenia. Przedstawiono algorytm oraz metodę szacowania krytycznej energii uderzenia na podstawie pomiaru traconej energii kinetycznej. Rezultatem są wyniki badań wpływu grubości okładki gumowej, wytrzymałości gumy okładek oraz rodzaju i wytrzymałości tkaninowych wzmocnień poprzecznych na odporność na przebijanie taśm przenośnikowych z linkami stalowymi. Ocenę wyników badań przeprowadzono za pomocą dwóch wskaźników: energii krytycznej i energii średniej uderzenia.

The methods of testing the resistance of conveyor belts to punching were presented and the methods of determining the critical impact energy were discussed. The paper presents a new method of determining the critical energy and the method of determining the average impact energy. The algorithm and the method of estimating the critical impact energy by measuring the energy loss was presented. It presents the results of the impact of the thickness of the rubber cover, the strength of the rubber cover and the type and strength of transverse material fabric reinforcement on resistance to punching conveyor belts steel cord. Evaluation of the results of research was carried out by means of two indicators: the critical energy and the average energy of impact.

The methods of testing the conveyor belt’s puncture resistance in terms of assessing their suitability for the transport of sharp-edged rocks are presented. Methods of determining the critical impact energy of strokes are discussed together with a new method for determining the critical energy and the method of determining the average impact energy taking into account selected range of belt damages, which more reliably characterize their impact resistance. The algorithm and the method of estimating the critical impact energy based on measurements of energy absorbed by belt during rock mass strike is presented.

Przedstawiono metody badania odporności taśm przenośnikowych na przebijanie w aspekcie oceny przydatności taśm do transportu ostrokrawędzistych materiałów skalnych. Omówiono stosowane metody wyznaczania krytycznej energii uderzenia, przedstawiono nową metodę wyznaczania energii krytycznej oraz metodę wyznaczania energii średniej uderzenia obejmującą pewien zakres uszkodzeń taśmy, co bardziej miarodajnie charakteryzuje odporność taśmy na uderzenia. Przedstawiono algorytm oraz metodę szacowania krytycznej energii uderzenia na podstawie pomiaru energii traconej w trakcje uderzenia masy w taśmę przenośnikową.

Artykuł omawia innowacyjną konstrukcję i dobór optymalnego rozwiązania technicznego i funkcjonalnego ścisku wulkanizacyjnego z zastosowaniem wyłącznika momentu. Przedstawia wymagania konstrukcyjne, które powinny być spełnione dla zabezpieczania konstrukcji przed zniszczeniem wywołanym zwiększonym, niekontrolowanym dociskiem z jednoczesnym zabezpieczeniem potrzeb określonych przez procedury technologiczne. Ścisk jest niezbędnym wyposażeniem stanowiska naprawczego.

Innovative construction and selection of optimal technical and functional solutions of vulcanization clamps equipped with torque limiter have been discussed in the paper. Design requirements guaranteeing on the one hand construction safety and protection from damages caused by uncontrolled pressure and on the other hand fulfilment of technological procedures have been presented. The clamp is an indispensable element of a reparation stand.

Na niektórych typach przenośników jednym z najistotniejszych parametrów decydujących o trwałości taśmy jest odporność na przebicia. Oznaczanie tego parametru do tej pory nie zostało znormalizowane. W artykule przedstawiono metody badawcze stosowane w IGO Poltegor-Instytut oraz wyniki badań odporności na przebicia dla wybranych taśm tkaninowo-gumowych i z linkami stalowymi.

On some types of conveyor one of the most important parameters crucial to belt durability is its puncture resistance. This parameter has not been normalized yet. Research methods applied in the IGP Poltegor Instytut has been presented together with results of puncture-resistance studies of chosen textile and steel cord conveyor belts.
