Integral part of regeneration industry area is care of buildings. Within the frame of development of region and city is necessity services, repair and maintenance of this buildings. The paper is oriented up to the problems heat engineering and energy of buildings on industry area. Part of paper is oriented on assessment of this buildings with using multicriterion analysis.

Integral part of industry area regeneration is care of buildings. Services, repair and maintenance of these buildings are necessity within the frame of development of region and city. The paper is oriented up to the problems of heat engineering and energy concsumption of buildings in indystry area. Part of the paper is oriented on an assessment of these buildings with use of a multicriterion analysis.

Current desolate and dilapidation building what are unsatisfactory of present high demands of users constitute problem not only for ground with increasing industrial activity. However there are more socials problems in these grounds, especially problems resulting from restructuralization and inhibition programmes in area of industry and trade. Demolition of these desolate objects is not necessary in all of cases and solving this way can be often uneconomic. Lifetime of these buildings is not impoverishment and after some building adjustment we can use then for other function like living, culture and etc.
