Analiza osiowania wałów wykazuje, iż najczęstszą przyczyną uszkodzeń związaną z eksploatacją układów napędowych w przemyśle jest złe osiowanie wałów maszyn współpracujących. Osiowanie wałów jest bardzo istotnym elementem w procesie nadzoru i konserwacji maszyn, pośrednio ma wpływ na „cykl życia” całego układu napędowego również od strony elektrycznej.

Shaft alignment analysis shows that the most common cause of damage connected with the operation of propulsion systems in industry is the poor shaft alignment of cooperation machines. Shaft alignment is a very important element in the process of supervision and maintenance of machines and has indirect effect on the life cycle of the whole propulsion system also from the side of electricity.

Article raises the question of absolute shaft vibration monitoring, while stressing that effective monitoring of the dynamic shaft, it is possible by supplementing the monitoring system in noncontact shaft absolute vibration sensors. The analysis is based on a real industrial system WGGC - the main gas circulating fan in a Coke Friendship Llc to obtain indicators of improving the production process.
