Since computer technology plays a big role in medicine, in car industry and so on. Computer simulations of gait cycle or car crashes could help physicians to fracture treatment, prostheses designing or precede deadly injuries. This paper is focused on a human body model and shows its utilization in practice. The model called ROBBY is based on the rigid bodies. ROBBY is used for simulations such as gait cycle and sled tests.
This paper presents simulation of the penetration of the projectile through the block made of petrolat-paraffin. Petrolat-paraffin is represented by a viscoelastic materiał and its materiał properties are defined on the based on pressure tests. The problem is simulated with software LS-DYNA. The results of the simulation are compared with the experiments.
