This article describes and identifies legal aspects of business activity in Poland by foreign entrepreneurs. In the following material we might find legal aspects and business practices for foreign entrepreneurs. Writer describes the acceptable forms of economic activity, enabling the development of the business strategy of foreign entrepreneurs in Poland. The analysis shows also the practical aspects of the registration of a new companies in Poland, pointing that thanks to procedural facilitation now we can be an entrepreneur in one day, even at a distance by submitting the required documents through online forms required for entry in the register of both: one-man company, as well as the company.
