In this paper, the WHEP technique ,which is the Wiener-Hermite Expansion combined with the perturbation technique, is used to obtain an approximate solution moments for the parametrically forced Duffing Oscillator. A general algorithm is described to get the Gaussian part of the solution process imder some necessary assumptions for the solution possibilities. A case study for zero initial conditions is considered to illustrate the solvability of the obtained deterministic equations.
