Because of the peculiarity of software as a product, its quality is especially hard to measure. This is true particularly when quality is considered from the users' point of view - so called quality in use. In the paper, a tool for quantifying software quality in use is proposed. Then, the results of the research carried on the users of the ERP system are presented. These encompass the importance and assessment of the three dimensions of software quality in use.
