W artykule opisano sposób podawania i orientacji elementów w urządzeniu do montażu aplikatorów. Elementy podawane mają bardzo skomplikowany kształt. Urządzenie montażowe ma budowę modułową. Do podawania i orientacji aplikatora oraz nakrętki zastosowano osobny, specjalistyczny układ podawania i orientacji.

The article describes an assembling method of a feeder and parts orientation in the device applicator. The elements have a complicated shape, whereas, the device has a modular design. A specialised and separate feeder system is used for application and orientation of an applicator and nut.

Elementy te mogą być montowane zarówno metodą klasyczną, jak i rotorową. W dalszej części artykułu opisano przykłady urządzeń realizujących montaż rotorowy. Na zakończenie porównano obie metody.

The article describes a comparison of rotary and conventional methods of the assembly. In the first part of the text examples of feeder elements are described. These feeder elements can be assembled both by the conventional method and rotor method. The last part of this article describes examples of devices that perform rotor assembly and conventional assembly method. As a summary, the two methods are compared.

Artykuł opisuje zasadę budowy oraz działanie układu transportu taśmy elastycznej w urządzeniu do montażu masek przeciwpyłowych. Kompletny automat został zaprojektowany oraz wykonany w Zakładzie Obrabiarek i Technologii Montażu w IMBiGS. Trudność operacji transportu oraz montażu taśmy sprawiła, że urządzenie zawiera wiele układów projektowanych i wykonywanych od początku. Ostateczny kształt detali w urządzeniu oraz sposób łączenia elementów maski opracowano po wielokrotnych i długotrwałych próbach.

The article describes the principle of construction and a transport process of elastic tape in the mask assembly device. The complete assembly device has been designed and manufactured in IMBiGS. Due to the difficulties of transport operations and changes of a tape, some parts of the device were built from the beginning. The final shape of a merger of elements has been chosen after several attempts.

W artykule opisano jeden ze sposobów specjalistycznego podawania elementu kartusz-tuba. Przedstawiono sposób podawania i orientacji elementu o nietypowych wymiarach. Stosunek długości tuby do jej średnicy wynosi 1:5. To powoduje, że element taki nie może być podawany klasycznymi metodami za pomocą podajników wibracyjnych. Do zrealizowania operacji podawania i orientacji elementu zaprojektowano, wykonano i wdrożono niezależne urządzenie

The paper describes one way of specialized feeding of tube-cartridge element. Method of feeding and orienta¬tion of the element with non-standard dimensions was presented. The ratio of tube length to its diameter is 1:5. Consequently, the element can not be feeding using conventional methods with vibratory bowls feeders. To complete the action of the component orientation independent device was designed, performed and implemented.

W artykule zaprezentowano sposób wykorzystania oprogramowania komputerowego do symulacji ruchu elementów w podajnikach wibracyjnych. Opisana została metoda wykorzystania programu komputerowego do zaprojektowania układu podawania. Na podstawie wykonanych symulacji ruchu powstało rzeczywiste urządzenie do podawania i orientacji części.

The article describes methods of using computer software to simulate the movement of elements in a vibratory bowl feeder. Methods of using a computer software to design the feeder device have been presented. On the basis of a simulation of the movement a device for orienting the elements has been constructed.

This paper presents methods of simulation of details for vibratory bowl feeder track. The article presents examples and results of simulations performed. The main aim of the work is to check the suitability of SolidWorks software in simulation of the movement of objects in the vibratory bowl feeder. Conclusions learned from the work will be used to further stages of a subject.

This work introduces the description and operation of the double-track device to cutting out filters from tape and their assembly inside the infusion chambers worked out in the Institution Technology Assembly of Mechanization Building and Rocky Mining Institute in Warsaw. Filters are fixed with the infusion chamber interior using ultrasonic welding. The technological-constructional solutions of the device introduced in the work assure the qualitative and durable connection of the filter, sterility assurance in the assembly process and required efficiency of the process about 50 parts of assembled frames in one minute.
