In this article are examined destruction and deformation's laws of pure and modified wood from kinetic concepts' viewpoint of durability. It was established that with modifications of wood the type of dependency changes. Equations describing received experimental dependencies for pure and modified wood are obtained. The constant in the equation allows the interpretation of the destruction and deformation mechanism and the durability's forecast in wide range of principal exploitation parameters' changes (loads, temperature and exploitation time). External factors' influence (ultra-violet rays and warm deterioration) on the wood serviceability are considered. A forecast method of the wood serviceability (life time, solidity and thermal-shock resistance) is resulted in a wide range of exploitation parameters. The roofing boards' edges calculation of a dome using the given method was done.
