The article is an attempt to use „soft” methods in the creation project team, which in according to the authors has directly influence on effective realization of the project and process of implementation of its results. The model of categorization personal qualities, skills and ability could be foundation of objectification to form team process. Included categories of personal „parameters” allow rational selection of appropriate individuals to fill their roles. Additionally influence of chosen characteristics on team quality and efficiency has been presented.

This article describes problem of choosing project methodology taking into consideration possibility of creating own standards in the light of existing standards. Analysis of project and implementation methodology usefulness can be directly connected to setting scope of the project and its management so that a project product fulfils a need of its customer. In order to systemize domain of the problem a classification of existing methodologies has been introduced and comparison analysis of two representative solutions has been performed. Based on that, assumptions for building meta-model methodology basing on object-oriented, determined by scope of the project approach has been formulated.
