The improvement of technology for oil extraction, processing and active use of hydrocarbon raw and manufacturing of new types of fuels on the base of physical processes intensification postulate is important in conditions of fossil fuels depleting. Authors elaborated the scientific and practical ground states and methods for suppressing of working process stages which are limiting the total process of energy liberation. It was showed that at different stages the activation principles could be applied for intensification of physical, chemical, heat and hydro dynamical and mass-exchange processes in the mediums with phase transitions and with solid phase additives. The reactions conducting peculiarities on the phase boundaries and boundaries of contacts with working elements surfaces of energetic and technology equipment are taking into account. The technology for liquid boiling fuels preparing is advanced and performed with use of hydro-cavitations processing. The special injectors like hydro-vortex transformers were designed for providing of fuel ultra-dispersed spray and effective combustion, enrichment of air and avoiding of chemical and mechanical under firing.
