In article the extreme Arctic prirodno-climatic data of works area is presented. The characteristics of а coastal infrastructure is given, possibilities of development of potential deposits are considered. The concept of working out and arrangement of the revealed geological structures depending on depth of the sea, distances to coast taking into account features of а shallow zone and extreme ice conditions is resulted. Recommendations about their development аre based whenever possible on world experience of development of deposits being in similar prirodno-climatic and geologo-physical conditions. Scenarios of соmрlех development of' group of structures, taking into account projects of extraction of hydrocarbons оn Yamal peninsula, are considered. The technical and economic estimation of development efficiency of the Bajdaratskaya Gulf hydrocarbonic resources is carried out. It is specified that at available modern technologies which can be used for development of hydrocarbons' deposits in Arctic region the project is insufficiently effective. Working out а special innovative technologies and means for overcoming an extreme environment and increasing efficiency of similar projects is required.

Research data are given in this article for the purpose of horizontal well interference studying in process of development on the New-Serebrjansky oilfield of the Kaliningrad region. Resource base content is 520 thousand tons. In the course of developing 30% are extracted. The sheet oil рооl is accompanied by bottom water on whole oi1 producing area. 5 horizontal wells and 2 vertical were drilled. Length of horizontal parts are 50-130 m. All of them are situated at the top part of productive zone. Hydrodynamic research of most wells was made on steady and pseudo-steady state. It has allowed to solve a number of practical and methodological questions on management of developing oilfield.
