This paper describes a stability study of a plastic injection molding process. There is a need - underpinned by economic considerations - to continuously improve and lead to a maximum reduction in the level of deficiencies in production processes. One of the methods that can help to improve the process is SPC (Statistical Process Control). One of the SPC tools are proces capability indicators (Cp, Cpk) or performance indicators, such as Pp, Ppk. In this paper, on a mass measuring station, a study was conducted on three types of products manufactured in a company, and the measurements concerned each piece of the product manufactured during one work shift. The data collected were used to calculate the process capability and to evaluate these processes.

This paper investigates the effect of additive manufacturing parameters on the manufacturing quality of selected gear mechanism components. Three input variables, and two output variables were determined. The result was the determination of the most optimal combination of key parameters and the determination of regression equations. The concept of manufacturing objects of a very complex shape, by any person, under various conditions through the use of a low-cost device became the basis for this thesis topic. Curing time, layer thickness, and lift speed are among the basic parameters, with a large range of manipulation. A hypothesis was formulated that these three parameters are crucial to produce a part with the smallest possible deviations from the computer model. A handheld scanner was used to scan the samples and compare them with the CAD model. Based on the study, optimal parameters for layer thickness, curing time and lift speed were proposed.

The paper presents the basis for measuring hardness of metals and their alloys using dynamic methods and shows the areas of application of these methods. Among others, Shore and Leeb scleroscopic measuring methods, as well as appropriate hardness scales, have been described. Advantages and disadvantages of individual methods were analyzed, especially in relation to industrial applications.

This paper presents the characteristics of the subsystems of the modular, didactic production system of single-stage gearboxes. The presented system is equipped with miniatures of devices commonly used in industry. The modular construction of the stand gives the possibility of free modelling of production processes and creates great opportunities for future activities of system development and its use. The paper presents the characteristics of the manufacturing, storage, transport and assembly subsystem and quality control. In the characteristics, the market recognition was presented and selected solutions and devices were described.

The aim of the work was to create a technical and organizational design for a modular, didactic system for the production of single-stage gearing. The project presented a project of a production system equipped with miniaturized devices, which are commonly used in industry. Despite the reduced scale, the modules have full functionality and reflect the real world systems. Modular construction of the designed system allows for free modeling of production processes and creates great opportunities for future activities of system expansion and its use. Additionally, the system design assumes the possibility of carrying out scientific and research works in the scope of designing production systems with a high level of automation.
