This paper describes a new approach in telecommunication network analysis and traffic management based on quality metrics securing. It presents basic methods of telecommunication network tensor representation and the main principles of problem solving in tensor analysis of telecommunication network. Also two tensor models based on quality of service metrics securing were presented. Application of presented approach purposes to formalize the dependency between quality metrics and function-structural network characteristics and to provide more flexible solutions in traffic management.
