Some problems of libricating ball bearings assembled in fixture rollers of the wire mill has been presented. Low durability of bea- rings, 6202Z, (forced searching other solutions. Instead oil lubrica- ting, grease lubricating was used and bearings, 6202Z, were replaced by bearings, 62022Z, P4, C4. Results of carried out experiments has proved that under extreme conditions of fixture rollers lubricating, at dynamic loads and high speed, lubricating greases failed.The perio- dically - injected lubricating method has been restored. In the fixtu- re box rollers of the wire rolling mill the bearings, 6202Z, are assembled. Their task is "guiding" a hot wire beam to individual pas- ses of a rolling stand, strictly along their axis. The fixture rol- lings, that have roller bearings assembled, aren't being driven, and their high speed is resulting of a moving a rolled wire over them at speed 30...60 m/s, it is soliding over rollers moves them. An average durability of the bearings, 6202Z, is 12...24 h of the effective work.
