Hałas w odlewniach w aspekcie oddziaływania na zdrowie pracowników - skreślić (CP) W przemyśle odlewniczym pracownicy narażeni są na hałas, którego źródłem jest większość stosowanych procesów i urządzeń. Nowoczesne technologie nie likwidują uciążliwości, związanych z hałasem na stanowiskach pracy w odlewni, a choroby narządu słuchu są na pierwszym miejscu pod względem liczby przypadków zachorowań zawodowych. W artykule przedstawiono aktualny stan prawny dotyczący wymagań w zakresie ochrony pracowników przed narażeniem ich zdrowia i bezpieczeństwa oddziaływaniem hałasu. Omówiono ujemne skutki oddziaływania hałasu na organizm człowieka z uwzględnieniem szkodliwego wpływu zarówno na narząd słuchu jak i funkcje innych narządów. Przeprowadzono analizę stanu istniejącego w zakresie emisji hałasu z procesów odlewniczych. Zwrócono uwagę na główne źródła emisji hałasu, stanowiące zagrożenie dla zdrowia pracowników. Przedstawiono wyniki pomiarów natężenia dźwięku przeprowadzonych na stanowiskach pracy w wybranej odlewni krajowej. Podano metody techniczne i organizacyjne ograniczania hałasu w odlewniach w odniesieniu do zaleceń ujętych w dokumentach referencyjnych BREF.

The workers of the foundry industry are endangered at the noise; its source is the majority of the utilized processes and equipment. Modern technologies do not eliminate inconvenience related to the noise on the working places in the foundry, and the illnesses of the organ of hearing take the first place in respect to the amount of the cases of the occupational illnesses. In the article the actual state of law concerning requirementz in the scope of worker protection against the risk of endangering their health and security to the noise is presented. There are discussed the negative results of the impingement of the noise on the human organism, taking into account the harmful influence as well on the organ of hearing as well as on the other organs. The existing state of the noise emission from the foundry processes was analysed. The attention was drawn to the principal sources of noise emission, endangering to the health of the workers. The results of the measurements of noise level, carried out on the working places in a chosen polish foundry are presented. To the end the technical and organizational methods leading to the limitation of the noise emission in foundries in respect to the recommendations placed in corresponding BREF documents are given

W referacie podano krótką charakterystykę odpadowych mas formierskich. Omówiono aktualny stan gospodarki tymi odpadami. Przedstawiono wyniki badań dotyczących zastosowania odpadowych mas pochodzących z procesów odlewniczych w drogownictwie oraz budownictwie. Określenie właściwości fizyko-chemicznych omawianych odpadów pozwoliło na dokonanie oceny możliwości ich wykorzystania.

In the article a short characteristic of the waste moulding sands was given. The actual state of the waste management was discussed. The results of research works concerning the application of the waste sands coming from foundry processes in the road engineering and building industry were presented. The determination of the physical-chemical properties of the wastes under discussion allowed to evaluate the possibilities of their utilization.
