Quality control at all stages of the polygraphic process will allow to establish a feedback between technological processes of printing. The validity of the selected criteria, technological effectiveness and objectivity of the quality assessment methods will allow to organise technically accurate modelling of the processes as well as to promptly interfere with the production process if necessary. The tendency of the development of technologies and control tools as well as computer expansion are the reasons why the objectivity and impartiality of the assessment become the main criteria for the choice of method for quality assessment of the polygrafic product. Methodological purpose of the quality control is to make the polygrafic process technologically driven and stable, and the quality of the received print - more predictable.
This article reviews and compares the special features of specialized wireless and sensor networks. The components of a mathematical model of existing specialized wireless and sensor network are also available for review, particularly: wireless channel models, signal propagation models and communication graph models, etc. The need for a topology control mechanism in wireless and sensor networks is also explained.
The rapid distribution of digital cameras has caused several new problems related to text recognition. Based on experimental studies, was revealed that existing OCR systems cannot cope with complex perspective and geometric distortions that arise when photographing text document. Therefore it is necessary to apply text documents pre-processing so that the text lines were straight and horizontal. This article briefly consider existing methods pre-processing documents and found that it depend on the type of distortion and not universal. Proposed new method involving the mathematical raising of straightened text lines on the image and heterogeneous distortion correction based on a page surface transformation model. This method is better than others because it is universal and corrects any type of distortion, including a combination of several types of distortion.
