The development and exploitation of Underground Gasholders recently become one of the major parts in the development of the gas industries. The usage of gasholders helps to settle a problem of seasonal fluctuations of gas consumption, and also remoteness of its large consumers from gas-fields. The patent protection of new technical decisions in this area becomes the indicator of their concernment. Besides, the patent information promotes an exchange of attained results and economic cooperation in market conditions. The report contains an analytical review of some patents which refer to the most perspective directions of development and exploitation of Underground Gasholders.
